Chapter 231 - The King of Slow

"AHN~! AHN~! AHN~!"

The girl beneath me moaned as I thrust into her repeatedly, despite knowing neither her name or her age.

"Truly astounding..." I heard Lorelei mutter as she watched me fuck the girl on her own dining room table. I couldn't blame her amazement though, as it was already morning and I had been fucking practically nonstop since we started in the bath. The only break I had taken was a nap for a few hours, and even then that was AFTER I had cum in or on every girl at least once.

"Thats aura for you!" I grunted while giving a few last thrusts, before filling the girl with my final cumshot.

"Sorry ladies, but thats all for now." I said as I pulled out of her, and several of the other naked girls that had been waiting started towards me. But they all sighed in disappointment as I began dressing.

"You intend to head to the Seafoam Caverns?" Lorelei asked.

"Yep. I don't know how long it'll take me to reach the bottom, so the sooner I leave the better." I said as I finished dressing, before reaching for some of the food that had been brought to the manor by some of her servants.

"What about the rest of you?" She then asked the girls as they also ate their breakfast.

"I want to go and dive the reefs today!" Misty exclaimed eagerly, her eyes shining with excitement. After all, she had been talking about getting her two Shellder for the last several days.

"Very well. After we see Ace off, I will personally act as your guide to the best reefs the Seafoam Islands have to offer." Lorelei swore, which made each of them even more excited as they started making sure they had everything they needed.

"Haaa...." I sighed forlornly at the thought that I would be missing out on spending the day around countless bikini-clad babes in favor of cave diving. For a moment I even considered skipping out on going to the Seafoam Caverns altogether.

"Don't even think about it." Lucario stated as he entered the dining room, holding Togepi in his paws as he did so.

"I know. I know." I said while waving away his glower. Even if I considered skipping out on it, that didn't mean that I actually would.

Lucario nodded in approval, though I'm sure he knew that I was still going to do it from the beginning, and sat down to eat his own breakfast while helping Togepi eat. And so, my adorable little egg was introduced to the wonders of chocolate.

...

"Here we are." Lorelei said as she gestured to a massive opening in the side of the mountain that towered over the entire island. And flanking said opening was a pair of women who looked as if they'd bend anyone in half that tried to get past them.

"We have to guard it to keep some of the more troublesome kids from going in there and getting themselves hurt." Lorelei explained as we approached the opening. Naturally, the guards did nothing to try to deter us as we did so.

"Promise me you'll be careful." Joy said worriedly as she fussed over my appearance.

"I promise." I said with full sincerity.

"And if you see anything cool, film it for me please!" May pleaded a second later.

"I will." I told her.

"I wish we could go with you." Chloe said as she held my hand.

"I'll be back before you know it." I told her.

"Remember, we need to have our rematch when you get back Ace!" Nemona declared, as I had promised her last night that I'll have our rematch when I finished exploring the caverns.

"Of course!" I exclaimed, as if it were obvious.

I then said my goodbyes to Misty and Dawn, who both reminded me to be safe while I was down there, before I tossed out a couple pokeballs.

"Hound."

"MON!"

Both Houndoom and Monferno announced themselves as they appeared before me.

"Ready you two?" I asked, to which they both barked in affirmation before we took off into the dark cave.

For the first thirty or so minutes the cave was similar to other caves I had been in, aside from the slightly chilled draft that was coming up from below. But then I noticed that the temperature began to slowly dip downwards on top of the draft, to the point that others would need some kind of coat already.

Thankfully, as far as I could tell, I didn't need anything like that just yet as the cold only felt pleasantly cool on my skin. Maybe Articuno's blessing made me more resistant to the cold as well?

I sure hope so, because that would come in really handy with how cold Lorelei and the others made it sound down here.

The four of us continued moving at a rapid pace for another hour or so, using the flame at the tip of Monferno's tail as a light as we went so we didn't need another light. We followed Lorelei's instructions from their repeated trips over the years as they mapped out the cave system, ignoring the occassional opening that led to different passages as we did. And then we reached the first major difference aside from the constant drop in temperature.

"Hold it!" I warned Houndoom and Monferno as I felt a mass of auras up ahead, before the tunnel opened up into a massive cavern. And in that cavern were hundreds of Slowpoke as they crowded around the water that filled it.

"Slowpoke? Down here?" Lucario asked curiously as we looked at them all. And they all SLOWLY looked at us over the course of the next several seconds.

"Yep. According to Lorelei the caverns have numerous passages that lead to the ocean outside, which several ocean-dwelling pokemon used to make their homes in the caves." I explained to him while also looking around the chamber.

As if to prove my point, I watched a brilliant glow illuminate an entire area of the cavern from one of the Slowpoke, which had it's tail in the water to catch fish. Instead, it apparently caught a Shellder since the Slowpoke evolved into a Slowbro right before our eyes.

Now that I was looking, I could see several Slowbro wandering amongst the crowd of Slowpoke. Some of which even dove into the water to do their own hunting.

"The tunnel downwards is on the other side of the cavern, right?" Lucario asked, presumably also recalling Lorelei's directions.

"Yeah, but let's do something here first." I told him as I recalled a conversation I had with Misty a few days ago.

Since she was after a Shellder to evolve her own Slowpoke into Slowbro, I had naturally offered her my King's Rock to instead turn it into a Slowking. Misty however had declined while saying she had gotten enough from me when she should be making her own gains. After all, I had given her a Carvanha the day we met, the location of a island full of Squirtle, and the Water Stone that she used to evolve Poliwhirl into Poliwrath. Not to mention all of the training her pokemon did with mine on the daily.

Instead, Misty suggested that I used the King's Rock to get my own Slowking when I get the chance, due to their love of research and how strong they can be. And here I was, in a cavern full of Slowpoke and Shellder.

"Come on out." I called tossing a couple of my pokeballs into the water.

""Miiiiiiiiiil~!""

Both of my Milotic trilled beautifully as they appeared in the water, eagerly awaiting my directions.

"I need both of you to dive down and find me the strongest Shellder you can before bringing it back up here. Got it?" I asked them.

"Mil~"

"~Lotic!"

They both trilled in a way that complimented one another, before diving under the surface of the water to do as I asked.

"While they're doing that, let's find the strongest Slowpoke we can." I said to Lucario, Monferno and Houndoom.

The four of us quickly spread out to search the hundreds of Slowpoke present for the strongest amongst them.

Unfortunately it quickly became apparent that there were no alphas amongst them, which would have been sweet if I could evolve an alpha Slowpoke and alpha Shellder into an alpha Slowking.

Between the four of us, it only took a few minutes before Lucario called out to me that he had found one. It wasn't an alpha, but it was decently larger and stronger than the others here.

We got a look at how much so when the water around it's submerged tail began to splash, which was also when the Slowpoke, after a moment, gave it's tail a jerk and pulled out a Magikarp that was biting on the end of it. Another jerk of it's tail and the Magikarp went flying off before landing in front of it, flopping about in protest of what was about to happen to it as several Slowpoke converged onto it. A moment later, there was nothing left of the fish while all of the Slowpoke had scales around their mouths as they went back to fishing.

"Brutal." I said casually, before strutting right up to the pokemon.

"Sloooooooooooow?" It lowed stupidly as I approached it. And NO, I was not even going to TRY to translate that.

"I'm gonna catch you now." I said to the pokemon, before just dropping a pokeball onto it.

The Slowpoke was immeidately sucked inside, and the ball gave a few quick jerks before it fell still with a soft 'ding'. Either the Slowpoke was too stupid to realize it was being captured, or it's reaction time was so bad that it couldn't even try to fight back before it was too late.

"I feel as if it would be an insult to myself if anyone ever exects me to fight one of these." Lucario commented dryly as I picked up the pokeball.

"Right?" I agreed while scanning it. Apparently this Slowpoke knows the moves Tackle, Curse, Growl, Yawn, Disable, Water Gun, Confusion, Water Pulse, Block, and Future Sight. Not a bad move pool for a wild pokemon notorious for being stupid.

My pokedex also gave me a chime that I was over my carry limit, but I just ignored it since I wouldn't get penalized for being over it by now. Even the professor had said back in Grampa Canyon that my carry limit was basically obsolete, and only in place for the sake of formality until I got my last Badge.

"Now what?" Lucario asked.

"Now, we wait until Milotic returns with a Shellder." I replied while sitting down on a piece of rock and digging through my bag, pulling out some sandwhiches for lunch as well as my King's Rock.

"Have some Pokeblocks." I said, offering them to Lucario, Monferno and Houndoom so they could eat as well. We had been running for over an hour straight until now after all.

We ate in silence for several minutes until I felt my Milotic returning, prompting me to rise to my feet as I guided them to where we were sitting with my aura.

"Millll~!" The first one trilled as she broke the surface of the water, right before her mate appeared with an angry Shellder in his mouth.

"Nicely done~!" I whistled while praising the two of them. After all, the Shellder they brought me was a fair bit larger than normal. Though not big enough to be an alpha. It'll work though~!

"Come on out, Slowpoke." I said, calling out my newest pokemon.

"Pooooooooooooke?" It, or rather he, lowed slowly while looking up at me curiously.

"Here you go." I said while placing the King's Rock on his head like a crown.

I then accepted the captive Shellder from Milotic, who glared at me hatefully as I held it up with both hands and approached Slowpoke.

"Sloooooooooooow?" He lowed while looking up at me with big, dopey eyes as I approached him, before angling the Shellder so that it bit down on his head over the crown.

Immediately a bright light filled the cavern, even brighter than the Slowbro that evolved earlier, as Slowpoke rose up onto his hind legs and evolved himself. Except he was significantly taller, towering over me at a good seven or so feet, before the light finally began to die down.

"Slowking." He stated firmly while looking around the cavern, his previously dopey eyes now filled with a fierce intellect as he analyzed everything around him.

"Awesome..." I uttered as I felt the psychic power he possessed, as well as the aura radiating from his body.

"Awe...some...." He said while looking directly at me, making my smile widen even more.

"Now let's see..." I muttered while pulling out my pokedex.

~~~
Slowking: The Royal Pokemon
♂️
Type: Water /Psychic
This pokemon has an innate curiosity about everything around it, and undergoes research every day to unravel the mysteries of the world. It is also known for always keeping it's cool, no matter what situation it finds itself in. Unlike almost every other species of pokemon though, this pokemon is capable of de-evolution and will forget everything it has learned if the Shellder is removed from it's head. This pokemon has the Oblivious and Own Tempo abilities.
Moves:
Tackle, Curse, Growl, Yawn, Disable, Water Gun, Confusion, Water Pulse, Block, Future Sight, Swagger, Power Gem.
"Nice~!" I whistled appreciatively as I compared the difference in Slowpoke versus Slowking.
"Nnnice...?" Slowking said as he tried to mimic me.
"Not bad, but I'll teach you more later." I told him, and Slowking nodded his head in affirmation. His eyes gleamed with a desire to learn.
I then recalled him to his pokeball, before doing the same with both of my Milotic after giving them a pokeblock as a reward for their hard work. When that was done, Lucario, Monferno, Houndoom and I continued our journey downwards as we made our way further into the bowels of the Seafoam Caverns.
The further down we went the more noticeable the chill was, though I still barely felt it thanks to the blessing from Articuno. Soon I noticed a layer of frost covering the rocks around us, until the cavern was more white than brown while small ice crystals also began to appear.
We also encountered the occasional pokemon as we traveled, but with Houndoom and Monferno escorting me, they all ran off before they could get beaten up.
There was one time though that we came across a Jynx, who appeared in our path while shaking her 'breasts' and wiggling her hips in what I'm pretty sure was supposed to be an alluring dance. But I just sicked Houndoom on her and the Human Shaped pokemon ran off terrified.
After nearly an entire day passed of near constant travel, though we did stop occasionally for a short break, we soon got to an area of the caverns where even I was starting to feel the cold, and needed to don a jacket. The walls around us were completely ice and snow instead of rock and dirt, and each of our breaths formed small clouds each time we exhaled while our bodies were constantly creating steam.
"We must be getting close by now..." I muttered while thinking, as we had long since left behind the areas that Lorelei and her fellow cultists had explored in the past.
"M-m-m-m-m-m-mon..." Monferno said with his teeth chattering from the cold, as even both he and Houndoom were feeling it despite being fire types.
"Endure it. Think of this as training." Lucario stated harshly, though I also noticed his legs starting to shiver.
"How cold is it Rotom?" I asked my phone.
"B-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-boss! You aren't going to make me come out, are you?! My b-b-b-b-batteries will freeze!" Rotom declared from within my jacket. And he wasn't exaggerating, as I had already stored my other electronics in my bag to try and protect them from the extreme cold.
"You can handle a couple seconds to take a reading." I told him, and my phone sighed as he shot out and then shot back into my Sealeo fur-lined pocket.
"I-i-i-i-i-i-it is -128 degrees Fahrenheit(-88 degrees Celsius)!" Rotom declared, before promptly going into hibernation mode in my jacket. (A.N. where I live we get down to -30 Fahrenheit just about every year, so writing this made me cringe so bad just from imagining it.)
"Could be worse I suppose..." I muttered, while also realizing, and appreciating, just how effective Articuno's blesing was.
We continued moving even as the temperature continued going down even more, prompting Monferno and Houndoom to use the occasional fire type attacks just to try and stave off the cold just a little bit.
On the plus side though, I found plenty of Ice Stones to pick up and put in my bag for when we get out of here. Either for the girls and I to use, or just to sell since the market could always use more evolution stones. And I was practically tripping over them, there were so many down here.
After about another hour or so, I think, we eventually arrived at a wide open cavern with massive ice crystals everywhere while the floor itself was just one massive sheet of ice.
"I think this is it..." I muttered while glancing around and trying not to shiver myself now.
"So what do you think Articuno sent us down here for?" Lucario asked while also looking around curiously.
"I don't know... But let's find it quickly and then have Ralts Teleport us the hell out of here." I replied as I stepped forward into the cavern.
*Rumble...*
The second my foot entered the cavern, the entire place began to shake as a powerful aura spiked directly in front of us, and a chill went down my spine.
*CRACK!*
With a sound akin to shattering glass, the largest of the ice crystals fragmented before large chunks of it began to fall and shatter on the floor. And from within the crystal, a towering figure that stepped forward menacingly.
"Beep boop bop beep."
"Of fucking course." I swore as we found ourselves face-to-face with none other than Regice. But even as I grew exasperated at the fact that yet ANOTHER god was standing before us, I couldn't help but to smirk.
"Come on out, Snorlax, Golem, Onix, Milotic and Weaville!" I cried out while tossing their pokeballs up, before they all appeared while looking ready to do battle. At the same time, Monferno and Houndoom stepped forward while Lucario remained by my side.
This is our turning point!" I declared while pointing at Regice.
"Until now, we've been struggling just to survive against the Legendary pokemon! But now, I say we take the fight to them! ARE YOU WITH ME?!"
"MONFERNO!"
"OHHHHHHHHN!"
"SNOOOOOOOORLAX!"
"GOOOOOOOOOLEM!"
""MILLLLLLLL~!""
"HOOOOUUUND!"
"VILE~!"
My pokemon all cried out in affirmation, before they charged forward to do battle with a god.
