Naruto feel tired because Kakashi are teaching him personally how to use a doujutsu along with Sasuke who just awaken his sharingan. Naruto Rinne Rikugan or just Rikugan have two level the first level are just ordinary Rikugan and the second level was there are a water ripples pattern in his pupil making Naruto glowing blue eyes look more weird than before.
"Hmm it look like your doujutsu making you can proccesing information much more better than Sharingan and it also can seeing trough a solid object like Byakugan. It look like a combine of Sharingan and Byakugan but your Rikugan cannot see something in slow motion and predict movement like sharingan or seeing a tenketsu like Byakugan. Sasuke did not feel jealous to Naruto new eyes, because after he heard about the disadvantage Naruto have because of Rikugan. Sasuke feel relieved his sharingan can be activated and deactivated freely, while Naruto new eyes is always active and making Naruto brain overwhelmed with information and forced Naruto to use his head protector to cover his eyes just like Kakashi.
And the only thing made Sasuke jealous was Naruto can seeing trough solid object with his new eyes. While his sharingan can only seeing someone chakra type at it best.
His own training to use the sharingan are really swift, with sharingan he can learn Taijutsu and Ninjutsu faster while in his eyes even though Naruto Rikugan can help Naruto to learn faster but it was useless if Naruto brain will be fried because of overload of information.
What Sasuke did not know, Naruto already have a perfect control over the information he capture using Rikugan. Beside even if Naruto brain are fried he can heal it instantly using Reverse Curse Tehnique and also Kurama chakra..
