Passive Move: Warrior's pride.
The moves were simple and extraordinary at the same time. 'Thunder punch' was a new move that was learned after Mr. Gora had done his experiment. There was a high chance that its hidden power would be electric and that was what Axel wanted.
Axel wanted it to be fast, powerful and also defensive at the same time. It was obviously going to be a physical attacker. Since its final evolution was not a normal evolution, it could have 2 cores but Axel didn't feel that it would need it.
Among the dark and steel types, steel type fit it perfectly. Being a steel type, it had a lot of resistances and also 2 immunities. Having a steel type core, would increase its defense which was vital in tide battles.
But Dark type was something that it would not need so much. Dark type was associated with trickery and manipulation. Axel only had one dark-type Pokemon and that was Absol who was training in a different part of the world.
It was a warrior and being a manipulator didn't sit well with Axel cause both of the nature was contradictory. So, he felt that only having a steel-type core would be enough for it.
The thing that really interested him was the new passive move called 'Warrior's pride'. This was not shown before in its status panel. Axel had no idea that he and Mr. Gora could cultivate a passive move inside a Pokemon.
Axel looked at the move description of 'Warrior's pride'
Warrior's pride:
Stage I: The pride of a warrior is inside its every cell. The user would not back down in a fight and would train to become a perfect warrior. While it is on the verge of losing the battle, there is a 50% chance that it will get a permanent boost and 100% chance that it will recover a part of its health and stamina.
The move was a perfect fit for a Pokemon like Pawniard. Axel didn't know how big the permanent boost would be but recovering a part of its health and stamina while losing would turn the tide of the battle.
Axel wanted to train it as soon as possible but he knew that he would have to wait for it to develop and choose Axel as its trainer.
This passive move was also the reason why Pawniard had not chosen Axel yet as its trainer. Axel felt that Pawniard wanted to know how capable Axel really was in training it. So, if it could meet his Pokemons and see their progress, then Pawniard would naturally agree to be his Pokemon.

All the things had been completed and now it was time for Axel to go to Fairy Tail and train his new members and himself.
"Axel, take care of yourself, and remember if you ever feel that you cannot do it, then you always have a home to come to.", said his mother. She was almost in tears by this point.
She was always very emotional whenever Axel left for the journey. Aurther was also growing slowly and he was already 2 years old now.
Axel decided to make regular visits.

After a day of travel, Axel had finally reached Fairy Tail headquarters. There were a lot of people here. The headquarters was placed with a lot of thinking. There was a huge forest and also a sea near it. This was enough for the troop's regular training.
There were also 2 cities just around it. So, the members would complete the mission inside the cities to earn some money. This would also increase their experience in battles.
"So, have you sorted out the captains for the new members?". asked Axel.
"Yes sir. It has already been done. 200 additional captains have been appointed. I have also told them to give me weekly reports on their progress.", said Ashmita.
Each captain would have 4 vice captains under him and each vice captain would have 100 members under him. So, the captain would have 404 members under him including the vice-captains. Except for Dory and Ashmita who would only have 500 members each, each commander would have a varying number of members depending on their requirements.
Axel made sure that each of them would have a minimum of 8,000 members under them.
Axel was now in a meeting with all the commanders. He needed to make a battle plan and training plan for all the new members.
"Sir, we have received some complaints.", said Krishna.
"Oh, what sort of complaints?", asked Axel.
"Since you are going to personally train the new members in these 3 months, the old members are complaining. Because they didn't get the chance to personally train with you.
I believe that their complaint is valid.", said Krishna.
"No worries. If that is the problem, then they can also join in the training.", said Axel.
"But sir, how are you going to train all the members? That would simply be impossible."
"Oh, I am not going to train all of them myself. I am only going to monitor all of them. Each of you, your captains, and your vice-captains would be responsible for detail training.
We also need to discuss the new teams that we are going to set up."
Currently, they have 6 teams that specialize in respective fields.
The Sun team- Mary The Protect Team- Jin Grass team- Dorton Poison team- Mia Thunder team- Sam Dream team- Alon
"Now, we need to add 2 teams. The first and the most important is teleportation team. All of you know how effective that team was in saving our members and their Pokemons.
The second team that I want to establish is the flying team. It is high time that we think about it."
"Sir, this has already been discussed before. Kane will be responsible for the flying team. Tory will be responsible for the teleportation team. We have also divided our members, based on the same principle."
Giving the flying team to Kane was a good choice because most of the Pokemons under Kane were flying types. Teleportation team was a complicated situation because none of his commanders focused on psychic-type Pokemons.
Axel also shared about the day care Pokemons that would be vital in the future. As of right now, the day care had just been established and the Pokemons were just starting to be born. Axel would not let the members of Fairy Tail choose these new Pokemons.
Before Axel only had 100 eggs of each of these Pokemons. These Pokemons need to grow and provide even more eggs. Of course, there would be some Pokemons, that would not want to do that and wanted to become strong and battle. Only these Pokemons would be selected for the Fairy Tail members.
This was a long-term plan which might take a year to bear fruit. Such things could not happen in just a day.
"That is all for today. Tomorrow, tell all of the members that I am going to speak to all of them. We will start our training from tomorrow. Tell them to get all the rest that they could get.
All the missions that they are doing for those 2 cities would be halted till the training is completed. We will work on new strategies and many other things from tomorrow."

At Fairy Tail base.
John was the new captain of Fairy Tail. It was really weird for him to resume being a soldier but now he was not a soldier. He was a member of Fairy Tail.
The old members were very inviting to the new members. It was not like his past days when he was initially bullied by his seniors.
John didn't expect that he would be recognized as a captain. He was also surprised to know that all of the members under him were returnees like John. The commanders and the leader seemed to have made a plan to make a group of returnees.
It had been more than a week, and he was simply told to get used to the members under him. He had 4 vice captains and they were also very strong and experienced. He was also told to come up with a new strategy and on which areas they would like to focus.
He might be experienced in tide battles but Fairy Tail worked completely different than the league. They focused more on strategies, priorities and team work. Such a thing never happened in the league. So, this was a new experience for him.
He wanted his daughter to live in a better world. That was why he came to contribute. He didn't care about the money or honor. He had plenty of that.
So, when he received the news that they would be starting their training and Axel would personally train them, he was excited.
All of the members under him were feeling excited too.
"Borg, call all the members. We need to have a meeting about our strategies again. Our reputation is at stake here."
John's commander was Krishna. Since Krishna had not been assigned a specified team, he had leverage on how to work in tide battles. So, he had told his new captains to come up with new strategies and tell him. Krishna was an open-minded person. He believed that with so many captains under him, he would make a powerful strategy to face the tide battles.

The next day,
Axel was standing on the stage and there were 120k members that were waiting for his speech.
He had a mike with him and his commanders were just beside him.
"Since all of you are here, let me start. A lot of things have changed. First of all, we got our mercenary team registered with the royal family."
"YEAHH..."
"YES, after all the work!!"
There were a lot of cheers, especially from the old members.
"Now, we have around 3 months before we have our debut tide battle and I don't want any one of you dying on me.
This might seem overly ambitious as people die in tide battles like flies. But I am serious about this. Last time, 5 of them died under my command and I still feel that we have not done enough preparation."
The matter where only 5 of them were killed in the last tide battle was known by the old members. But the new members had only heard about this and only thought this was a rumor. But now after hearing from the leader himself, they don't know what to feel.
Telling this information was also to make the new members feel that they had not wasted the opportunity in joining Fairy Tail.
"So, all of you will train for 3 months and I will be personally leading this training regime. But, we will not be doing the training here. We will be doing the training in Lumlow Cay. This is a special island that I own.
But don't worry. It will not take days to get there. I have asked help from a friend that would teleport every one of us in Lumlow Cay.", said Axel.
Everyone was hushing about it. Who was going to teleport 120k people from one place to another?
Suddenly, there was a bright pink light.
"Close your eyes.", said Axel to everyone and everyone followed his advice.
When they opened their eyes, they could see that all of them were transported to a different place. They were in the middle of a huge grassy field. Everything around them was covered in dense trees.
The one who teleported all of them was obviously Mew. Since Mew was always enjoying food from Axel's restaurant, he had asked for Mew's help which surprisingly, it agreed without asking anything.
But it didn't want to come near all those people, so it used psychic energy to blind them for a few seconds.
"Now, let the training begin!!!"
