Bai Qianqian curled up into herself, blinking through her moist lashes, looking inwards at the man walking in.
"Senior Rui Qing, is everything alright now?" Bai Qianqian's voice was hoarse.
Bai Jingqing stepped up, holding her tightly, lowered his head and kissed her lips, kissing passionately before he finally let go, "He is no longer in critical condition, don't worry."
"That's good," Bai Qianqian uttered softly.
"I'm sorry, I made you suffer again." Bai Jingqing cradled her face, it still bore the reddish marks from her mother's slaps and scratches.
"What about you, does it hurt?" Bai Qianqian asked tenderly, touching his face.
"It hurts a little, a kiss from you will make it better," Bai Jingqing tried to muster a smile
The most innocent person in this ordeal was her, she was wronged and had to bear so much because of him.
