Representative organizations of this style include the Japan Karate Association (JKA), the Shotokan Karate-Do International Federation (SKI), and the International Shotokan Karate Federation (ISKF), among several other international alliances. Uehashi Yoichi is the lifetime honorary coach of SKI and is currently one of the prominent figures in Matsutani Style Karate.
