Noxville, Kazan, Russian Federation
As one of the most picturesque places in the world, also considered a wondrous city ever since its inception in the year 2000, Noxville Russia was amongst the world's best tourist destinations.
The reason why over 100 Million tourists came here every year was because the city was simply surreal, showcasing the history of the planet in its architecture and people.
It was considered a destination where you could see the entirety of Gaia, experience the different cultures, participate in a different festival every other week, and have the best time of your life with both friends and family.
Needless to say, on the last night before New Year's Eve, Noxville Russia was jam-packed with tourists. Despite the chilling cold, people were still out on the colourful streets, not minding the snow and having fun with their companions.
Keith had never been here before, and it was true for most of the people in his family. But those who had been here before wanted to visit it one last time when Avriel informed them that he was going to Russia.
For this reason, when he came to the Tower of Nox, he let everyone out of Aerzar and just took Kashish with him to the Entertainment District.
The two walked hand in hand, under the shade of a black umbrella, towards one of the most prosperous buildings on Entertainment Street, the Regalia.
Regalia Hotels, Resorts, and Casinos were owned by the Prince Family, one of the wealthiest families in Russia. And only recently, the Heir of the Prince Family had joined the office to help out his ageing father and learn from him.
It just so happened that Aerion Prince, the Heir of the Prince Family, was hosting a party for his classmates at the Regalia Hotel.
Though they had come to one of the most prosperous places on foot, the guards did not stop Keith and Kashish at the door.
They had met and seen enough people to differentiate between them from just their auras, and what they sensed from the two of them was the nobility that demanded respect.
However, they did do their duty and let the cameras scan the faces of the guests.
Therefore, it was not long before Keith's face was recognised, and as soon as they arrived in the lobby, one of the managers hurriedly came over to greet them.
"Master Demiliore! It's an honour." The man spoke Netherian in his Russian accent and bowed to the two of them. "My name is Ivan. Please tell me if you need my assistance."
"My wife and I would like to have our dinner at your premises. Is there a vacant table in the Primera Restaurant?"
The man was a little surprised after hearing him speak flawlessly in Russian, and the smile on his face subconsciously brightened.
"Master Aerion has reserved the Primera Restaurant for tonight, but rest assured, we will arrange the best table for you. We just hope that you would not mind the crowd." He apologetically said.
"It's fine. Please arrange a table for us there."
"Sir!" The man bowed again and then led them to the private lounge. "Give me a few minutes, and I will lead you to the restaurant."
As soon as Ivan left, Kashish, who was now sitting by his side, smiled at him.
"Wife?"
"Are you not?" He met her eyes and asked, and she could not help the blush that warmed up on her cheeks.
"I am," she nodded, and a sweet smile crept on her face when he planted a kiss on her knuckles.
Exactly seven minutes later, Ivan entered the lounge again, wearing a bright smile on his face.
"The table had been arranged, Master Demiliore."
"Lead the way." Keith pulled Kahsish with him and followed the manager to the rooftop restaurant.
As Ivan had informed them, there were quite a few people there, but all of them were occupying the lounge area, having a karaoke right now.
Since they entered from the second door, which was on the other side, no one saw them enter the restaurant, except for the girl who standing on the platform and was singing.
Her voice wavered a little as she focused her eyes on Keith, and then she just stopped and looked towards him in surprise, which soon turned into excitement.
"Anya..."
"Oh my God! Is that Keith Demiliore?"
"What?"
"Where?"
...
...
...
"You have your admirers everywhere." Kashish giggled after they took their seats at the table on the elevated platform, right by the glassed railing.
From here, they could look at nearly half of Noxville. It was truly one of the best tables in the restaurant.
"It can't be helped," Keith said and then took his eyes off the Tower of Nox to meet her eyes.
"It's a nice place, but we are not really here to have dinner, are we?" She asked, having sensed two sources of immense power.
"We are going to have dinner here." He chuckled.
"Is that so?" She curiously narrowed her eyes before glancing at the group of youngsters who were in the lounge area, and soon two of them caught her attention.
It was very easy to find them in the crowd, and it was because their Auras were like burning stars compared to the lamps of the Mortals around them.
Now that she bore Keith's blood in her veins, she was quite keen on sensing people's Potential, Aura, and Bloodline, and she was amazed at what she found.
The boy was probably in his late teens, at least that was what he appeared to be, and he was extremely handsome. His golden hair, coupled with his brilliant copper eyes, felt ethereal, and Kashish could tell at a glance that there was a mask covering his hair and eyes.
And the girl by the boy's side gave off the same feeling and bore similar features. She too was extremely beautiful.
A smile crossed her lips when she met Keith's eyes again.
"We are here for them, aren't we?" She asked, knowing well that he was isolating their voices.
"Quite perceptive of you."
"It's obvious. They are like burning stars." She giggled. "Monsters, right?"
"Yes. Very Noble and Divine Monsters."
"Is there something guarding the boy?" She was pleased that her guess was right, and so she asked about another thing that she had sensed.
"Yes." Keith smiled at her. "He's a Mortal God who awakened a year ago."
"Which one?"
"The Hedonistic Monarch."
"Monarch?" She surprisedly looked at him. "Was he as strong as the Runic Monarch?"
"Yes."
Kashish took another glance at the boy, who was talking to his classmates, and then looked at the girl who was looking their way.
Their eyes met, and the girl narrowed her eyes, probably having sensed the Power of their Bloodline.
To tease her, she nodded her head in a greeting, which took the girl aback, but she immediately composed herself and nodded back before looking away and talking to a girl by her side.
"I think she wants to come over."
"That's Alyona Prince. She is Aerion's younger twin sister. And the two of them are the new Primoginators of their Race," he informed her as he went through the menu.
His words brought a question to her mind, but she kept it in her heart and picked up the thin glassed screen, which was their menu.
Even though the best of the world's dishes were available here, she was not in the least interested in them.
To her, nothing could compare to Keith's craftsmanship, and she had already tried the best food that this world had to offer.
She was sure that nothing here could even compare to Minami, Viola, and Fiona's cooking, but she still played along with Keith and ordered something for herself.
A few minutes later, Ivan personally led the waiters to their table and served them their wine and appetisers. And 30 minutes later, their main courses arrived.
Keith and Kashish talked about several different things over their meal, and not once during their dinner date did he let her feel like she was not his focus.
She enjoyed every moment of their time, and they had quite a few laughs when they informed each other about the antics of the girls in their Family.
"Helena truly has grown more mischievous." She giggled.
"That she has."
"How old are you now?"
The sudden question made Keith chuckle.
"37 years old." He told her and watched her smile brighten.
"Well, you barely qualify as my father."
They both burst out laughing when she said those words, and he helplessly shook his head.
Since he had spent over 12 years inside Aerzar with Rebecca and Avriel, all three of them had grown older than the rest.
The others had spent a lot of time on Gaia too, but he had remained under the Laws of Time of Aerzar, and even now, he was still under the Laws of Time of Aerzar.
Kashish and Venessa were the two who had spent the least amount of time in training, only eight months. And now, the former was the same age as Amira and Reina, who spent a few years in training.
As things stood, he was almost 15 years older than his daughter, who was sitting across from him right now.
During the end of their meal, Kashish curiously looked at the lounge where the students were now gambling. By the looks of things, Aerion was winning big, and it had upset a few of his classmates, who accused him of cheating.
"I don't like gambling." She shook her head and picked up the glass of wine, sipping it.
"Neither do I." Keith shook his head as well. "I find it distasteful."
Kahsish, who was already aware of it, smiled.
"Rebecca doesn't like it either. Mother is the same."
"They would never gamble unless they are certain of their victory or certain that they would not lose. But that's not gambling, is it?"
"No, it isn't." She giggled. "And I suppose, it is the same for you?"
"Yes," he nodded his head, and right that instant, the Sacred Rune on the back of his left hand lit up.
Kashish saw it, and her heart felt very warm.
"Who is it?"
"Feifei." Keith smiled and then conveyed back his feelings to his beloved wife, who was across the barrier of Time and Space.
"She's not upset, is she?"
"No. Not today." He chuckled, and the Rune disappeared into his hand again.
