Black Mine:

In history, it had happened before. But all the wizard seeds that were targeted came from humble backgrounds.
The evil organization dared to accept the task after learning about the wizard seed's background. The wizard seed Vincent Carey comes from a barren region.
The barren region is a place that poses no threat to them. They can easily destroy the barren region. So they agreed to complete the task.
But then the evil organization was still greedy. Knowing that the wizard seeds are level-8 wizards, they have sent killers from level-8 to level-9 wizards.
