From MC's Perspective:
About an hour later,
The flying cab reached the destination. The driver landed at the stop. I stepped outside and paid the fare. Then I turned around and started walking towards the Silver Tower.
Soon, I reached the Silver Tower. I took my badge out. After the verification was done, I entered inside. When I entered the lobby, I saw Manager Lara pacing back and forth. Her face was full of worry.
Upon sensing my presence, she turned towards me.
"Vincent, are you alright?" Lara asked.
Hearing that, I smiled and replied, "I have completed the task given by Lord Erwin."
Lara was stunned. She had been expecting something else, but not a positive answer. Lord Erwin had sent her away for some task yesterday. He had warned her not to contact Vincent Carey.
"Looks like I haven't come late," a beautiful voice sounded.
Hearing that, I turned around and saw Lord Charlotte walking towards us.
"Lord Charlotte," Lara uttered in surprise.
