" Ma'am. I'm sorry." Belinda said hurriedly and got up from the floor. She continued to speak, "I didn't sleep here. I was doing my work and don't know how I ended up here. Please forgive me once. It won't happen again." she said and bowed her head multiple times. Her eyes were bloodshot, maybe because of the gas since I saw Alfie's and Butler's eyes like this too.
" You didn't sleep. You inhaled poisonous gas that made you faint. Do you have a handkerchief?" I asked her. She quickly nodded her head and took out a piece of cloth from the pocket of her black uniform.
" Wrap it on your nose and wake everyone else in this house. Ask them all to stand in front of the mansion." I said to her. She nodded and bowed while I walked out of the house. I saw Butler Lu standing outside with Alfie in his arms. I made my way toward them.
" Take Alfie to the car and let him rest for a while. You stay with him." I said to Butler Lu and he nodded his head.
" Yes, ma'am." he bowed his head.
