However, many aquatic sovereign beast tribes playing in rivers are under the jurisdiction of the Emperor Beast Court.
A significant number of these aquatic beast tribes living in rivers can also thrive in the sea, leading to repeated disputes between the Emperor Beast Court and the Sea Clan over the past century.
Previously, no matter how humans and the Emperor Beast Court clashed, there was always room for cooperation. However, between the Four Sea Countries and the Emperor Beast Court, there was no possibility of collaboration.
