I was immensely impressed by Zaley. The way she created the doorway was spectacular. Of course, I'd seen Trinity do it in the past, more than once. And I knew that Talia could do it as well, but that didn't take away from how special it made Zaley. From what I knew, Trinity and her children were some of the only people who had ever been able to make those magical doors, perhaps a few of the Fae, but certainly no one else.
Of course, I couldn't help but be a little playful with Zaley this morning. When she had contacted me with a panicked voice, I had just gotten out of the shower. I was intending to see her brothers this afternoon, and while I had no classes on my roster for the day, I was still going into the office to finish up some paperwork before they got out of school, hence the early start to my day.
