Krillin stood watch the entire night, he continued monitoring the androids without rest.
At one point in the night he even went invisible via illusions to check in on Goku after sense his powerlevel fluctuating, turns out goku was dreaming about fighting someone and his powerlevel changed because of that.
Krillin mind was on edge from both the sleeplessness and the androids presence, so as both Goku and Android Pilaf got into the ring for their bout, he made sure not to blink or miss a moment!
Goku powerlevel was higher than Pilafs, but Goku was known to let his guard down and blundering.
The announcer started the fight and the two went at it, both Goku and Android 12 went blow for blow against one another as the crowd couldn't keep up with how fast they were moving.
Goku's punch landed squarely on Pilafs body, causing the monkey tailed boy to yelp in pain as his hand felt like it hit a brick wall but Pilaf looked unfazed!
Pilaf capitalized on Gokus pain and tried to punch him, only for the boy to block the attack with both hands and use his tail to get past Pilafs defenses and whip him square in the face, knocking off his cloak and revealing a half cyborg half pilaf face!
"Hey wait I know you! Your emperor Pilaf, you tried to steal the dragon ball that one time!" Pilaf didn't react to Goku whatsoever, instead the android simply ripped off the cloak that restricted his movements and revealed an entirely cybernetic body!
Many within the crowd gasped, wonder just how someone could possibly live like that but Pilaf didn't bother, he began to charge forward when suddenly the announcer butted in.
"STOP THE FIGHT!" The blonde headed announcer yelled out forcing pilaf to halt.
"This fight will be temporary put on hold, I will have to consult with the judges and the rule book in whether or not fighting with Cybernetic Body parts is allowed." The announcer explained, getting some boo's from the crowd.
Krillin watched as pilaf ignored the announcer and took a step forward, only to suddenly hault. The blue cyborg monster man opened his mouth and spoke, forced Krillins enhanced ears to strain to just barely hear what he said.
"understood doctor...." Krillins eyes widened.
"After consulting with the judges, we've deemed that due to having more than 50% metalic body parts, android 13 has an unfair advantage andbwill be disqualified!" The announcer shouted out to the crowds dismay.
This years tournament sucked for the viewers, every fight was either a one-sided match or someone surrendering. Just as it looked like they were witness an actually good match, the announcer had to stop it.
"It's fine, I don't mind that he has an advantage" Goku innocent said.
"You might not mind Goku but rules are rules, giving him a pass would be a slap in the face to all the fighter who came before!" The announcer said with righteousness.
"Ahh darn, well emperor Pilaf it looks like you've seriously grown stronger, I wouldn't mind fighting you again somewhere else."
Emperor Pilaf stepped forward to Goku, his arms outstretched in a handshake position.
"You want to let go of our past grudges, I would also like that!" Goku quickly grasped onto Pilafs hand to settle their beef, only to feel the androids vice like grip tighten and won't let go!
"Self destruction initiating! 5....4...." All of the Ki inside his body began to glow red, engulfing emperor Pilaf in a red light!
At this time android 10 and 11 jumped out of the stands leaving behind their cloak, revealing a similar fully robotic body! Goku desperately tried to break free from Pilafs grip but couldn't, the android had fully wrapped his other arm around Goku's waste!
As the two other androids ran at an ungodly speed, they were similarly covered in a red energy and spoke in unison with android pilaf. "3...."
Just as the other two android counted to 2, they tackled and wrapped around the Goku who just nearly broke free from Pilafs clutches!
Terror washed over Goku's face as he knew he couldn't break free from the androids, he thought his fate was sealed when all of a sudden his best fried Krillin randomly appeared before him!
"Destructo disk!" A disk made out of yellow quickly formed in his hand and flew forward expertly severing the hands of the androids and allowing Goku to break free and roll away!
Unbeknownst to Krillin the last remaining android, android 13 made out of Piccolo, was charging up a special beam cannon in the very back. Krillin was too tunnele visioned into saving Goku that he didn't sense them!
"1.." just as the androids counted to the last number, he could sense their energy was just about to explode forth and kill all of the crowd members!
With ungodly speed that broke his limits and tore away at his muscle, Krillin managed to grab two of the android by their robotic stumps and throw them high into the air. Turning around to the last android, Krillin knew he didn't have time to bend down to pick it up so he quickly soccer kicked them up into the air as quick as he could.
*Kaboom!*
The last android didnt get more than 50ft in the air when it exploded, the flames of the explosion rained down and licked the audience! The closeness to the explosion caused major third degree burns to the audience!
Krillin ducked down as the flames of the explosion washed over him, he wanted to stop time and get away but the ability had a 5 minute cool down!
As the explosion finished the sounds of screaming quickly rung out, peoples faces were covered in blisters from the heat and some had screamed out that they couldn't see! People faces and cloths were melted, it was lucky no one died but they all had severe disfigurements!
"Geez Krillin it looks like you saved me, I should really be more car-" It was at this moment that Krillins relaxed and his tunnel vision lowered that he finally sensed the growing Ki signature, but it was too late!
Krillin tried to move but was too slow, he could only watched as a spiraling beam of red energy appear within his field of view!
He desperately tried to activate his time freeze but couldnt, he could only watch as the ki blast drilled into Goku's head, exploding his skull and sending bits of grey matter flying!
