An awkward silence hung in air after Amden finished speaking.
"Mr. Vantistart," it was Renalu who took the initiative. "I have seen the latest news regarding the latest technological jump your company has made simultaneously in three different fields."
Amden nodded and smiled in response but did not reply or explain anything as these old men would have wanted.
Renalu gritted his teeth in anger, but he could not actually blame Amden. He neither asked anything nor inquired anything. He only made a statement, and Amden nodded in return.
"What are your plans regarding the new technology?" Having no other option, he questioned directly.
"Well, the current plan is to keep developing our technology and do even better," Amden replied causally.
This again got Renalu and the other old men angrier. But before he could say anything further, Alexa caught Amden's hand as she tried to pull him away.
