Rod stood up, feeling refreshed, with not a hint of fatigue left in his soul. He smiled and said, "Not everyone is necessarily that strong."
Hall thought of something and nodded, "True, most combatants in the Starfire Series struggle to advance, their strengths a mix, only you and Sir Alan are different."
Rod smiled, walked to the Sealing Gate, and pushed it gently with focused concentration.
As the gate collapsed with a sound, Rod instantly suffered severe corrosion due to the absence of the Flower of Humanity. His humanity rapidly declined, a large portion of his soul blackened, and countless chaotic and whispering voices alternated in his ears.
But he felt that he could still bear it. As the humanity in his soul was rapidly dissolving the pollution, he did not take any more of the Flower of Humanity.
He looked up and saw a vast and ashen empty space through the gate, surrounded by ash-like dust, as if in a snuffed-out great furnace.
Is this the place?" Rod asked.
