Vlad glanced at the scene with surprise. The system hadn't spared a second to show him everything his territory had gained, and it surprised him. Not only did he gain 6,000 to all stats, but his civilization had even developed a new trait out of nowhere, just like that!
"Blood Moon Blessing?"
Curious, the vampire prince glanced at the trait description, finding it unusually good—especially for him. It seemed to benefit him and his family in particular.

[Blood Moon Blessing: Lv1/10]
A Territory Trait born from the combined blessings of the Crimson Moon Goddess, Achlys, a boon granted by the goddess seeking to protect your little city, which has become the cradle for her beloved children.
Effects:
Grants a passive enhancement to the growth of stats, skills, and mastery over techniques and specializations of Vampire-type and Blood-type Citizens by 200%. For any other citizen devout to the Goddess of the Crimson Moon, they receive a 50% boost instead.
Increases the amount of Blood Energy produced by the Bloodshed Sanctuary by 100% but doubles the amount of required sacrifices. Decreases the amount of Blood Energy for the creation of Territory Units by 10%.

"I had no idea traits this good could even be created… So there are ways to grow stronger through the civilization as well, aside from the bonus stats… If I play things right, I could boost our individual growth tremendously too!"
As Vlad marveled at his new strength, his mother also noticed something strange. She felt stronger too. That trait acted instantly, making all those under its conditions feel revitalized and much more energized.
"Son, did the civilization… Oh, so that's what happened?" Teressa wondered. "It gained a new trait… Blood Moon Blessing?"
Teressa also checked the trait, glancing at the system window in front of her… Although she enjoyed the civilization system, she was still restricted from everything. For example, she couldn't gain bonus stats like her son, who was a player.
In a way, the civilization system was still Vlad's property, but because they'd agreed to share the city, she had access to almost everything—except player-only privileges.
"Yeah, it seems that Goddess Achlys has given us a blessing," explained Vlad. "Probably because of what I did with those nuns from her church. It seems it'll be a good strategy to promote the church of the three moon goddesses, especially the Crimson Moon Goddess, the patron of vampires and other blood races."
"Indeed…" Teressa nodded. "Although the Iron Blood Empire strictly follows the Seven Evil Gods Church, the Church of the Three Goddesses, albeit suppressed, is still allowed to coexist with them, but without any of their privileges and funds. Technically, it wouldn't be illegal or against the Emperor's orders to fund it more. After all, from what I can recall, there are no rules or laws that say anything against that."
"The Moon Goddesses, huh? We do pray to one of them as well," Heracles commented. "The Green Moon Goddess, Europa, is our patron. She is the guardian of all Green Skins. We see her as a brave warrior like orcs, but also a cunning schemer like goblins, with a knack for beautiful treasure."
"Oh, so those shrines you were building behind the house…?" Teressa wondered. "Were they for her?"
"Indeed," Gofumina nodded. "She actively protects those who offer her a coin once in a while."
"Huh, how is she not the goddess of greed at this point?" Chris raised an eyebrow.
"Hahaha! She's much more lenient and beloved than the damned evil god of greed. That is just an evil monster we would never worship!" Heracles said. "Usually, only demons worship them the most… And well, they make up most of the population. Even vampires are descendants of demons after all and technically are considered demons… in most places."
"Hmmm…" Vlad nodded. "Well, once we have enough time, you and your people are welcome to go to the church of the moon goddesses. I'm sure your goddess would listen to you much more clearly in her sanctuary, which she shares with her sisters."
"Truly?! I thought it was a VIP place for fancy people! Can common folk like us go too, Your Majesty?!" Heracles got really excited for some reason.
"Y-Yes… You can," Teressa nodded, sighing. "And those shrines… I suppose you can keep them as well. Hopefully, one day one of you could be blessed by Europa. That would be greatly beneficial."
"Alright, we'll be excusing ourselves, Mother. Now that we've planned most things, the only thing we have to do is wait," said Vlad. "So—"
"Wait a second, young man," suddenly, Teressa's hand grabbed Vlad's shoulder.
"M-Mother?" Vlad stuttered as he felt the powerful, cold aura of his vampire mother.
"Perhaps you might be right, but I also want to test your strength. These last few weeks, you've grown very powerful, right? And I was quite rusty, but I've been training nonstop for the past two weeks, and I think I'm almost back at my peak," Teressa said.
"…Wait, what?" Vlad gasped, realizing his mother hadn't been at her peak until recently.
Does that mean that her ridiculous power wasn't even her peak strength at all?
And… well, now he could tell.
RUMBLE!
The entire ground trembled around the two of them as Vlad's crimson eyes widened once he gazed upon his mother's incredible prowess.
Her aura had become several times bigger and stronger than before, compared to back when she fought against the invading forces.
