Ruler POV
Why do you keep returning? There is nothing you can gain from my mind. Though, if you are curious, I will go along with Rose's foolish game.

You all really need to stop checking on him, he won't tell you anything yet.
"Rose?"
"Yes?"
"Why are you staring into space?"
"Just thinking."
"Yeah, if this works… it's the endgame."
"Yeah… It's been a long haul."
Me and my three Rulers stood at a table.
Each of us were given 2 Lords, except for me. I ran with Milel and Gabriel.
That meant I had the Valkyries as my back up. I would confront Lucifer and his commanders directly.
Dallel was with Jalad and Mammon. They would lead the main army.
Darsen was with Ausar, Amy, and Marcus, as they would be able to move stealthily with a small detachment.
Luma was with both Elren and Thalia. The trio and their ranged fighters would give air support. All the other dragons and deities were in this group.
Only Amanda stayed behind, to watch over the noncombatants and Erica, who insisted that she would defend everyone.
"We'll likely have to deal with a commander… and what if the Ruler attacks us?"
"That's why we have Darsen's detachment. They could do a quick takedown, and Darsen with Michael could likely best most of the archangels. Frankly, the only real threats here are the Ruler and Lucifer."
We had to plan for everything, usually I would do this alone, but I couldn't afford even the slightest miscommunication.
"How are you planning on getting to Lucifer?"
"With Luma and her detachment providing suppressing fire simultaneously with Dallel launching a total assault, his army will be distracted. Not only that, but each member of my detachment can fly, so we can avoid the biggest section of the combat."
"Do you think the Author will get involved?"
"Absolutely, especially since he's learned that I can kill his clones with ease. That man may even show up in person."
"That means…"
"This may just be the final battle."
Just to think of it was terrifying. All three supreme beings on one battlefield. My faction had a lot to work through.
"What is the goal of this?"
"I need to kill Lucifer."
"Why you specifically?"
"To become a fully-fledged Supreme."
"What?"
"I need to be level 1000, and I was thinking, why hasn't Lucifer done that yet? Then I realized something…"
"What did you realize?"
"The requirements for 1000… you need to kill another 999."
"So… if you kill Lucifer…"
"Then I become a 1000 and can defeat the Ruler as an equal in strength."
"And the Author will follow suit."
"Exactly."
"So… how do you plan on doing that? I'm sure he's aware that he's dying too. He will fight you with most of his commanders."
"That's why I have Milel and Gabriel."
The plan was perfect. We had contingencies for every topic.
"There's something you aren't telling us."
Dallel was the first to say what all three noticed.
"There are two things actually, and there is a reason I'm not telling you."
Luma nodded. She understood.
"I see…"

Author's POV
This is perfect. I know her plan, but it's funny that she thinks she can best me. Sure she has those two things that I don't know, but still…
It is unfortunate that she picked up on that though.
What, you're surprised I know this?
Child, I'm the one broadcasting it. I know what will happen and what has happened. The only thing I don't know is what exactly directs the broadcast to different things.
But Rose is correct. That is a perfect plan. Even I would struggle with something like this. Luckily, I'm not at the receiving end. But, more than all, I see no reason to enter this fight.
Though… how did she know that you went to the Ruler? Odd…
Either way, the Ruler will deal with both her and Lucifer. Exactly how I planned it. It may be in a different world, but still, my story will face conclusion. Even if she can deny what I directly state, she cannot resist what I put into her being at the start of her life.
To think, this entertainment came from a mere human I chose to reincarnate.
Everything fell together perfectly. I finally had a proper broadcast for this story. Now it will reach its conclusion.
Then what? What will happen next? A simple matter, really.
The next story will be written.
I've been writing for eons. Stories of mine have permeated through several realms under various different authors. Some worlds my stories become treasures, admired by all, and some, they become ridiculed, laughed at. But then the next one appears, and a different reaction occurs.
Thousands of stories have come from my power, but still, this is the first time one has fully tried defying me.
Rose is certainly unique. I don't know why, but her conclusion will come.
Even if I have to do it myself. I'm sick of her.
Her pure heart. Her kindness. Her purity. She is infuriating to watch.
It started fun, a good show. Then the Ruler revealed himself and watching her believe he was Him was hilarious (Level One Million, hah), but then, when she discovered me, it became infuriating. It's annoying enough that I had to evade angels, but her as well, with her being completely impervious to me.
The moment she ascended; I was unable to control her.
It was certainly a shock, but then, Luma began to question me.
I hate that. My story, my rules, but they struggle like insects.
No matter, the conclusion is coming soon.
You wonder, why do I tell you this? Well, it's quite simple. I've been content with being in the shadows, writing my tales for a long time, but never before has a story pointed me out.
