"I can see the color drain from your face right now, Sarutobi…" Toshiro continued mockingly.
"I'll bring Shisui back right now…" Saying this, he created a shadow clone and let the clone bring Shisui, who was resting at a hiding place in the Water Country, using the Hiraishin.
"You know the Hiraishin too…!!" asked Tobirama, surprised. 'The Hiraishin is not an easy jutsu to master and requires high fuinjutsu knowledge and even his own notes. How could this brat who looks just over 20 learn Sage mode, have the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, and also master Hiraishin.'
One needs to remember that Hashirama was able to master sage mode during his prime, well into his 20s, and it was also at the same time that Tobirama also created and mastered Hiraishin. But now here was an Uchiha in front of him, having done both at just 20, that took both the brothers nearly a decade more.
'And how did he get my prized Hiraishin scrolls meant only for Senjus!! What the hell was Saru doing at the time…'
Thinking of this, he immediately turned towards Hiruzen, who looked like he'd likely pass out.
Toshiro ignored Tobirama's question as trivial and did not bother to look at him.
In a few minutes, Shisui was back in front of them, looking a bit pale but overall in good health.
"Shisui!!!" There were happy exclamations from the Uchiha clan members.
"Thank you, everyone. We'll talk later." After calming the Uchiha crowd, Shisui turned towards Toshiro and the others.
"I'll not waste your time and show you exactly what happened during my mission." With that, he applied a wide-area genjutsu on Toshiro and the others and had them view what had transpired during his mission.

"I was only able to live because Toshiro-senpai had put a trigger seal on the specially made storage scroll he had gifted me. It triggered and activated the Hiraishin marker embedded in the seal when I had used it. If not for senpai's caution and help, I would be dead," he said solemnly.
When he looked up and turned towards Sarutobi, the Sandaime couldn't even look him in the eye. He was too ashamed of what he had conspired and done along with Danzo.
"I wanted to become Hokage and bring peace and harmony to the whole village and remove any barriers between the Uchiha and the village. But my thinking was too naive. I couldn't anticipate the betrayal I had faced."
The whole group looked sad at what had happened to once bright young man. He looked like, he had given up on the world itself.
"Well, what do you have to say now…?" questioned Toshiro, looking at Koharu, Homura, Jiraya, Tsunade, and the Hokages.
There was nothing they could say, looking at the undeniable proof. They just looked at each other and threw disappointed looks at the Sandaime.
"You have endured so much, young Shisui, but do not give up life and your comrades. Life has its way of showing you light even in the darkest of moments." Hashirama tried to encourage Shisui with his words. From his point of view, this Uchiha was an embodiment of the Will of Fire he had tried to cultivate and preach.
These are my terms: the position of Hokage must be replaced by our Uchiha, but... I can promise that after the Fifth Hokage, the Sixth and Seventh Hokage, we Uchiha will not monopolize it anymore. After that, it all depends on our own abilities!"
"You evil uchiha brat, you dare to monopolize the Hokage seat. The Hokage should be elected democratically!!" Tobirama said impudently.
"Oh? Then… were you democratically elected?" Toshiro asked, never one to shy away from stirring the pot. "Even if the Second Hokage was chosen that way, what about the Third? If I recall correctly, back then, the Sandaime was just a young man—there was no democratic election at all. The Nidaime simply appointed him as his successor!"
"You—"
Tobirama's expression darkened, his already stern face turning even colder, as if frozen over.
It had been years since his elder brother's passing, and no one had dared to speak to him like this.
Swish!
With just a flick of Toshiro's fingers—
"You coward… How dare you—!"
The Second Hokage seethed as he found himself once again under Toshiro's control, his fury barely contained.
"Coward? I simply learned from the best—you, Nidaime," Toshiro taunted, his tone utterly dismissive. "And what exactly do you plan to do about it?"
Seeing Tobirama's frustration, Toshiro showed no respect whatsoever.
"Haha! Tobirama, look at you now!"
Izuna, watching the exchange, couldn't hold back a laugh. His lips curled into a smirk as he added,
"If you hadn't been in the way, Big Brother would never have taken things this far!"
—
"This kid is fast."
In the dimly lit Kamui's dimension, Toshiro's clone glanced at the fresh pool of crimson blood on the ground and curled his lips in dissatisfaction.
He had intended to have a proper conversation with that fool, Obito. But instead, the guy bolted the moment he got a taste of what a real fight felt like.
Now, only his clone remained in Kamui's dimension.
"If this kid wants to play games, let him. The whole Tuski no Me plan? Whatever. I'm more interested in his collection... No, Madara's collection."
Without hesitation, Toshiro turned his gaze toward a pile of scattered debris in the corner of the space and strode toward it.
—
"Tobirama, calm down."
With a firm grip on the visibly enraged Nidaime's shoulder, the Shodaime turned toward Toshiro, his expression earnest and sincere.
"I understand… Because of that fool, Danzo, the Uchiha have suffered greatly. It's no surprise they no longer trust the village."
"But, Toshiro… For the future of the village, I ask you to trust us again—if even the slightest possibility exists."
As he spoke, the Shodaime bowed deeply, a gesture of profound sincerity.
"I know that my initial betrayal of trust and becoming the Hokage instead of Madara led to everything that has unfolded today. I don't expect you to believe in us anymore… but I truly hope you can consider Konoha's future."
Toshiro couldn't see the Shodaime's expression from this angle, but he could hear the raw emotion in his voice.
"For the village, for the children, for the future of everyone!"
"Please!"
"…"
A humble posture, an earnest plea, words filled with emotion.
Standing before the Shodaime, Toshiro had an inexplicable feeling—as if he were standing in the presence of righteousness itself.
For a moment, he understood why Madara, and even the first Kages of other villages, had once been swayed by this man… and why, despite everything, they had chosen to believe in him.
"Could it be that Talk-no-jutsu... really exists?"
It wasn't genjutsu—Toshiro was sure of that. But the sheer atmosphere the Shodaime created was almost overwhelming…
"Brother, stop begging that evil Uchiha!"
Watching his older brother slip into his old habits, the Nidaime's usually cold expression was now etched with exasperation. Embarrassment crept over his face—not just for himself, but because this was happening in front of Uchiha juniors. How was he supposed to endure this humiliation?
"But... Tobirama!"
If he could resolve this with fists, he would have. But that option was off the table—Toshiro's expression made it clear he wasn't buying into the Sandaime's proposal. What other choice did he have?
"Hmph. The same old tricks, the deceitful Senju."
"Evil Uchiha?" Uchiha Izuna scoffed at the term. He couldn't stand it. The Senju had always been experts at using flowery words to deceive, only to drive a dagger into your back the moment you let your guard down.
During the Warring Clans Period, who didn't start out by picking up a blade and cutting down their enemies? What the Uchiha despised most about the Senju was their constant preaching about love and peace—yet, in the end, they still killed without hesitation.
Aside from Hashirama Senju, the rest were no different from them.
"Alright, enough! Everyone, stop arguing!"
Seeing tensions rise, Toshiro felt a headache coming on.
"I respect the First Hokage's sincerity, but I cannot accept the Third Hokage's conditions. I hope the Shodaime understands."
If he had simply agreed to both the Sandaime's proposal and the Shodaime's request, he would've been nothing short of a fool.
Though… the First Hokage's sincerity really is hard to ignore.
"I wonder… How does Toshiro-kun plan to resolve this conflict?"
"..."
Toshiro's eye twitched as he looked at the First Hokage, who seemed on the verge of tears.
'This guy… he says the most pitiful things, yet fights more fiercely than anyone else.'
"The position of Hokage must be taken by the Uchiha," Toshiro declared. "However… I can promise that after the Fifth Hokage, we will not lay claim to the Sixth or Seventh. Beyond that, it will depend purely on merit."
"Hmph, so the Uchiha are scheming for the Hokage seat—"
"Tobirama, enough!"
The Nidaime barely had time to finish his remark before his elder brother turned and shot him a sharp glare.
"Hmph."
With an unhappy snort, Tobirama turned away, clearly dissatisfied but unwilling to argue further.
