Zhang Yu came home with a big bag of books, right as Aunt Huang had just finished cleaning and was preparing to make lunch.
"Little Yu, you're back."
Zhang Yu hummed a response, "Aunt Huang, I'm back. I brought a classmate with me, please prepare an extra portion of food."
Aunt Huang acknowledged with an 'Oh' and went off to get busy in the kitchen.
Zhang Yu placed the books in the study room and Wang Lei looked around, "This place is quite nice."
There's a park nearby, then there's a subway, and importantly it's not far from the hospital. It's not without its drawbacks; "It's a bit far from school."
They were already seniors, needing to attend evening self-study. Wouldn't it be very late by the time they got home?
"I'll ride an electric bike to and from school." Zhang Yu had already discussed the specifics at home with the head teacher today, "The head teacher has approved."
