As soon as they exited the gate, the teachers from Waseda University were already there to assist. Among these teachers was a Huaxia person who had just immigrated to Dongyang, and they spoke both Dongyang and Huaxia Mandarin quite well. Acting as a translator and leader, they made the students, many of whom were traveling abroad for the first time, feel at ease, almost as if they were still in Huaxia Country.
After leaving the airport, two buses were waiting at the entrance, organized by Waseda to take the students to the university.
Once they processed their student IDs and enrollment certificates at the international student center, they began settling into the student dormitories.
The student dormitory rooms were for two people; Huo Sining was sharing with a Dongyang girl named Hinata Chinatsu.
