Wings—if they could even be called that—ripped from Aiden's back. They were wrong.Skeletal talons stretched outward, clawed, broken, unnatural, somehow suspending him in the air. His body became encased in dark stone-like armor—not crafted by hands, but grown, twisted by something older than gods, darker than demons.

His face...No longer resembled anything human.

A mouth too wide, jagged inward-bent fangs. Three uneven horns jutted from his skull like a chaotic crown. His hands, once dragonic and proud, became something worse—serrated tendrils, oozing with abyssal venom.

A living void.A manifestation of the Abyss itself.

Inside Galactus's massive hand, Aiden's body pulsed and shifted.Dark spheres—tiny black holes—formed around him.Then, without warning—detonation.

A horrifying ripple of blackness consumed Galactus's hand, erasing it as if it had never existed.Purple celestial blood, thick like molten stars, sprayed into the void.

Aiden's monstrous form floated up to face the World Eater.

Galactus—Galactus—screamed.

"AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"The sound of it cracked asteroids into dust and warped distant starlight.

"You..." Galactus growled, voice filled with genuine rage, and something colder: dread."You wield the power of Knull—the Dark God of the Abyss! WHY?!"

Aiden grinned, jagged fangs glistening.

"I don't wield this darkness..."He opened his clawed hands wide."I own it now."

From his fingers, tentacles—hideous, sinuous things—lashed out. Each one bore mouths of gnashing black teeth, each one thirsting.

Galactus reacted instantly, firing a planet-sized beam of cosmic fire from his helmet.Entire tentacles vaporized in the flash. But others survived—slithering, weaving around the beam, latching onto Galactus's titanic form.

They bit.They sucked.They leached.

Galactus staggered back, roaring again. His armor darkened where the tentacles fed, his celestial strength visibly draining away.

Galactus swung his arm—a continent-sized sweep that shattered entire meteors into dust. Aiden dodged, flipping backward in a sickening twist of unnatural motion, landing atop an invisible platform of Abyss energy.

Galactus punched forward, a shockwave that bent light around his fist——Aiden dodged again, disappearing and reappearing, gliding like a shadow.

From Aiden's chest, the Eye of the Abyss opened——A narrow slit, as if reality itself was tearing.

"You stared into the Abyss..." Aiden said, voice layered with echoes of a thousand dead gods."Now it stares back."

The Eye unleashed a beam of pure darkness—not black energy, but the absence of energy. It consumed light, hope, and existence itself as it roared toward Galactus's head.

Galactus's instincts kicked in.With a thunderous grunt, he crossed his arms, and the ancient bracelets he wore activated—

One barrier.Two.Three.Ten layers of pulsing cosmic shields.

The Abyss beam slammed into them.

The first four shields shattered instantly—exploding like glass under the force of the void. The fifth cracked. The sixth groaned. The seventh splintered. The eighth... stopped it.

The beam flickered...then vanished.

Around them, the fabric of space shook. A nearby moon, caught in the aftershock, disintegrated into a trillion fragments.

Aiden's abyssal wings flapped once—raw hunger in every movement—as he stared at Galactus with wide, furious eyes.

Galactus lowered his arms, breathing hard, for the first time showing true battle fatigue.

"It has been millennia..." Galactus spoke, voice vibrating through all of existence, "since I last wore my true armor."

The ornaments and bracers around his body ignited with brilliant purple flames. His entire being brightened, cosmic sigils carving into his flesh.

The severed hand?It reformed instantly, fingers flexing with crackling power.

The horns on his helmet fused together into one massive spiral—and then split apart, forming a triple crown pulsing with power.

"You defy a force you cannot comprehend," Galactus rumbled.

And then he attacked.

He raised his hand—and space itself seemed to curve around his fist. A sphere of collapsing gravity grew from his palm, bigger than Earth's moon.

He hurled it.

Aiden countered—summoning a dozen abyssal tentacles to intercept.

The black tendrils collided with the gravitational bomb, twisting around it like worms around a dying corpse—and with a shuddering explosion, it collapsed into a miniature black hole, ripping smaller rocks and asteroids into its core.

Aiden teleported forward—his talons aimed at Galactus's throat.Galactus caught him mid-strike, grabbing Aiden by the torso and slamming him through an asteroid, shattering it into cosmic dust.

Still, Aiden fought.Tentacles lashed.Teeth gnashed. The Abyss screamed through him, howling for Galactus's destruction.

Galactus unleashed another beam—this one from his third crown horn—hitting Aiden squarely.

Aiden tanked it.

The dark armor cracked—but he smiled. The Abyss healed him instantly.

"You think this universe was made for you..." Aiden hissed, his voice now distorting into multiple tones at once."But it's really... for me."

And then, he charged again.

They collided once more—cosmic giant versus abyssal god—shockwaves flattening entire swaths of the void.

Aiden plunged his claws into Galactus's thigh, dark energy bleeding into him.Galactus grunted, bringing his knee up like a mountain—and struck Aiden's midsection, cracking his armor.

They fought, and fought, and fought—two primeval forces locked in mortal combat.

But then...

Galactus began charging a new attack—one he had not used in millennia.

His crown glowed blinding white. The space around him folded inward.

Galactus raised both hands, and unleashed a beam that bent the universe itself.

Aiden moved—tried to move.Tried to dodge. He even twisted the Abyss around him to teleport—

But it was too fast.

The beam wasn't light. It wasn't energy. It was reality being rewritten in an instant.

Faster than thought.

It slammed into Aiden.

Pain.Real pain.

Physical pain he could endure—he'd suffered worse.

But this?

This was different.

It struck something deeper—something buried in the soul.He remembered...being helpless.A newborn, lost and broken in another life, crying alone in the dark.

Tears—not of sadness, but pure agony—poured from Aiden's eyes as his Abyss form shattered like fragile glass.

He fell—his human form emerging, small, broken, vulnerable.Falling endlessly through the void, unconscious.

The Abyss...still whispering in the dark around him...
