A respectful voice awakened Jora from her contemplation.
"This is the detailed information I collected according to your instructions not long ago. Additionally, the Guardian of that city is also under our surveillance. Should we summon him for a thorough inquiry?"
"No, there's no need."
Jora refused without hesitation, "Keep a close watch on him, don't let anyone contact him, nor allow him to speak to anyone, understand what I mean?"
The red light in Jora's eyes flashed as she instructed.

Jora beckoned, and a palm-sized feather floated down in front of her. As the surrounding people retreated, flames enveloped the entire feather, revealing rows of clear handwriting.
