Little Garden
"So, do you guys want to stay here on the ship or take a walk?", Sabo asks while pointing to the forest with his thumb.
"Don't even mention it, Sabo, I'm perfectly fine here, where it's safe", Usopp says, completely contradicting what he just said before.
"Huh, didn't you just say you wanted to find a giant? Staying on the ship won't help you see any", Sabo asks, raising an eyebrow.
"Ehh, I'm saying it's better to stay here because I'm thinking about your guys' safety. If I were alone, I'd already be exploring this island from one end to the other", Usopp says, making up an excuse to hide the fact that he was scared.
"Hmrm, fine! Well, I guess it won't matter much if we go explore or stay on the ship, because, in the end, something big is approaching us", Sabo says with an ironic smile on his face before looking up at the dense forest.
"What?", Usopp, Kaya, and Nojiko exclaim in shock, quickly turning their gazes in the direction Sabo was looking, and then, from the dense and high jungle, a giant bipedal shadow emerges, looming over Merry.
=Scene Break=
"Nami! Nami! Nami! Look at this! A snail with tentacles, it's a squid-snail!", Luffy says, crouching, holding a kind of snail with tentacles, looking extremely happy.
"Luffy, don't go around picking up any animal that shows up in front of you, what if it has some contagious disease!", Nami says, worried and a bit disgusted by the creature Luffy was holding without a shred of concern.
"Hmm, this looks like... I think it's an Ammonite", Vivi comments, crouching next to Luffy, observing the creature moving its tentacles.
"Omanyte? That fossil Pokémon?", Luffy asks as the gears of his brain start turning with a dumb idea forming.
"No, it's called Ammonite, not Omanyte, and what's a Pokémon?", Vivi corrects him before asking in confusion.
Turning his face quickly to Nami, Luffy starts pleading like a child, "Can we keep it, Nami? I want to make my own Pokémon team, we already have Chouchou and Karoo, and with this one, we'd only need two more."
"No, I don't know what a Pokémon is, but I know that coming from you, this is probably a dumb and childish idea", Nami says, refusing Luffy's request.
"Aww, there goes my idea of becoming a second-rate Pokémon master", Luffy grumbles, downcast, dropping the Ammonite to the side before standing up, having already completely forgotten that just seconds ago he was sulking.
At that moment, the five hear the sound of a creature nearby, and turning their gazes in the direction of the sound, they come face to face with a huge Brachiosaurus chewing on the top of a tree. "Guoooooooooooo!!"
"QUACK!!!", Karoo, with wide eyes, exclaims in shock, looking at the giant dinosaur in front of them.
"OH! Wooww!", Luffy exclaims, completely thrilled before disappearing from the spot where he was after using Soru.
"Dinosaur", Nami exclaims in shock.
"Woof!" "Wow!", Chouchou barks, amazed and enchanted.
"A time-frozen island, just like I said before", Vivi comments, also impressed by the creature in front of them.
"Wow! Just wow! It's like we traveled through time—", Nami starts to comment, only to realize Luffy is sitting on the dinosaur's head, looking at the horizon with a radiant look of happiness.
'And here we go', Nami thinks, letting out a resigned sigh.
=Scene Break=
Meanwhile, on another part of the island, Sanji continues walking through the jungle, searching for the biggest animal possible while grumbling irritably, "That bastard's gonna see, I'll hunt an animal so big that any crap he catches will look like an ant compared to my hunt!"
Sanji then senses a presence approaching him from behind, turning around, he faces a huge Tyrannosaurus Rex opening its massive jaw and then roaring in his face, "Rooooooar!"
The dinosaur continues roaring in Sanji's face for a long time until almost out of breath, believing faithfully that the prey in front of it would be paralyzed and scared out of its mind, only to realize in the next moment that the prey wasn't scared, quite the opposite, the small prey was giving it a predatory smile.
"Roar?", the dinosaur grunts, as if asking why Sanji wasn't scared.
"Yeah, I think you'll do for now", Sanji comments, reigniting his cigarette that had been extinguished by the dinosaur's roar in front of him.
=Scene Break=
Meanwhile, in another part of the island, Zoro appears deep in thought, scratching his head.
"What the hell is this? Is it edible?", Zoro wonders, standing in front of an abnormally large Triceratops.
"Ruurr!", The creature in front of him grunts, looking at him curiously.
"Yeah, I think it'll do", Zoro says, shrugging.
=Scene Break=
"Oh, it's been a while since little ones like you came to this island. Do you happen to have any rum?", the giant who found the Merry asks, pushing the trees aside with one hand and then crouching down to get closer to the small humans on the small ship.
"W-we have a little", Usopp answers, stuttering, staring in shock at the burly and smiling giant in front of them.
"Gababababa! So you have some! Nice to meet you, little ones! My name is Brogy! The mightiest warrior of Elbaph—", the giant, Brogy, begins to say, introducing himself with a big smile before stopping mid-sentence, widening his eyes, and then roaring in pain, even making Merry shake with his roar. "Nrrrrggaaaahhhh!!!"
"Ahhh!" "Gyaaahhh!", Usopp and Kaya scream, startled by the giant's sudden roar.
"Jeez, that scared me, my heart skipped a beat, out of nowhere this thing bit his ass... wait, is that a dinosaur?", Nojiko asks, hand on her chest, then looking at the dinosaur who was brave enough to bite the ass of someone three times its size.
Brogy then grabs the dinosaur by the head and removes it from his butt before easily decapitating it with his axe.
"And now we have meat, and with your rum, we can make a snack, come on, little ones, I'll give you all a warm welcome", Brogy says with a smile, inviting the four to his home.
=Scene Break=
"Wow, what a view! This is what I've dreamed of my whole life, nothing compares to exploring the world, admiring the views, and living adventures, it's so good to be alive, man!", Luffy exclaims, having a view of the entire island from atop the Brachiosaurus's head.
"Nami, aren't you gonna say anything? It's dangerous, he might get swallowed if the dinosaur notices he's there!", Vivi comments to Nami, worried.
"Relax, Vivi, it's way more likely that Luffy will swallow the dinosaur than the other way around", Nami says, remembering when Luffy fought his grandfather. The fight lasted no more than a minute, but it affected the environment so strongly that even a week later, she was still reading reports in the newspaper about how dangerous that region of the sea had become, with massive tsunamis, giant typhoons, powerful whirlpools, and even if you weren't too close to the central area, you'd still have to watch out for air bubble explosions caused by how agitated the sea had become.
"Even so! LUFFY, GET DOWN FROM THERE BEFORE THE DINOSAUR NOTICES YOU!!", Vivi shouts at Luffy, worried.
"Relax, this one only eats plants, plus he hasn't even noticed that I'm here", Luffy replies, patting the dinosaur's head.
And then, suddenly, a giant sword decapitates the dinosaur, causing Luffy to be launched upward, landing in the hand of a giant who looks at him with an apologetic smile.
"Gegyagyagya!! Sorry little one! I didn't see you there, it's been a long time since I had any guests!", the giant apologizes with a laugh.
"Wow, you're a giant?", Luffy asks, amazed.
"Gegyagyagya, yes little one, I am Dorry, the mightiest warrior of Elbaph", the giant, Dorry, introduces himself, laughing.
"Wow, how about joining my crew?", Luffy asks, inviting Dorry to the crew.
"SHUT UP, LUFFY! HE DOESN'T EVEN FIT ON THE MERRY, YOU RUBBER-BRAINED ANIMAL!!!", Nami yells at Luffy, irritated with him just inviting anyone to the crew without even thinking properly about what he was doing.
"Gegyagyagya, I'll have to decline your invitation, little one! But I invite all of you to join me into a feast", Dorry says, laughing as he turns to Nami, Chouchou, Vivi, who was shocked to see a giant, and Karoo, who already had fainted, foaming at the mouth.
