This "Library Rules" was a green folded card, resembling a visitor's guide, but felt exceptionally textured, like a high-end invitation.
The cover of the card featured embossed golden patterns, resembling the Bell Tower's design and symbols, encircled by a wreath of thorns. Inside the wreath were five bold characters: "Library Rules."

Upon opening it, there was a title page with only one sentence:
