Vin's body convulsed, his muscles tensing as the Dragon Pearl and the small spatial ring merged within him. The process was agonizing, like his cells were being rewritten. Tharros's voice echoed in his mind, "Endure, Vin. This is the price of true power."
Within Vin's body, a vortex of energy swirled, as the Dragon Pearl's power coursed through the spatial ring. The ring's fabric began to unravel, its threads weaving into the Pearl's intricate patterns. The fusion of the two is seemed to create a dimensional rift, a tear in the fabric of reality.
As the rift expanded, a realm began to take shape. The landscape unfolded like a tapestry, with rolling hills of iridescent mist and shimmering lakes of starlight. The sky above was a deep, burning crimson, with constellations that pulsed like living veins.
The realm's architecture was a blend of ancient and mystical styles, with sweeping arches and grandiose spires. Towers made of a glittering, crystalline material rose from the ground, their facets reflecting the colors of the rainbow.
At the realm's center stood an enormous tree, its trunk as wide as a mountain, its branches reaching toward the sky like colossal arms. The tree's bark shimmered with an ethereal glow, pulsing with the Dragon Pearl's energy.
The realm's inhabitants began to take form, creatures born from the fusion of the Pearl's power and Vin's own life force. They were beings of pure energy, their forms shifting and flowing like liquid. Some resembled dragons, while others took on forms akin to phoenixes or qilins.
But there was something missing, there was no sun as the place just seemed to be brightened up by different colors, but It seemed it's creation was yet to be complete a suction force from the Pearl forcefully devoured his dantian and taking it into the newly created realm.
As the realm solidified, Vin's body began to stabilize. His convulsions slowed, and his breathing steadied. Tharros's voice whispered in his mind, "The realm is born, Vin. Now, you must nurture it."
Vin's consciousness expanded, allowing him to perceive the realm in its entirety. He saw the intricate web of energies connecting every aspect of the realm, the threads of fate that bound its inhabitants to him.
And lastly he saw his dantian that now acted as a huge glowing violet colored sun within the realm, bathing it in its pristine glow, like a place of royalty and gods.
The realm's name echoed in his mind: "Jade Abyss." It was a realm of wonder, a microcosm of a Mystic Realm itself. Vin knew that he would have to explore its depths, unlock its secrets, and master its power.
Tharros's voice faded, leaving Vin to ponder the enormity of what had been created within him. The Jade Abyss pulsed with life, its energy coursing through Vin's veins like liquid fire.
As Vin opened his eyes, he saw Mara and Zara approaching, concern etched on their faces. "Vin, what happened?" Mara asked, her voice laced with worry.
It turned out that while the realm was being created the small chamber had collapsed but they couldn't approach him at that time because of the aura pulsating from him.
Vin took a deep breath, still reeling from the transformation. "I...I have the Dragon Pearl," he said, his voice barely above a whisper.
Mara's eyes widened. "What do you mean?"
Vin's gaze drifted inward, his consciousness expanding into the Jade Abyss. "It's inside me. Tharros created a realm within me, using the Pearl's power."
Zara's eyes sparkled with awe.
Tharros's small dragon shadow reappeared, its eyes gleaming with approval. "Frankly I almost didn't think you would survive that, there was an eighty percent of failure in trying something like that, but I'm glad you did, it means I didn't choose wrongly.
As Vin stood, his friends by his side, the darkness gathering outside seemed less daunting. The Jade Abyss pulsed within him, its energy coursing through his veins like a promise of victory.
He gave a deep bow to Tharros again in gratitude, but his face soon turned panicking, as Tharros faded from his sight immediately, he had almost screamed out when he heard a voice inside his head.
"You don't have to panic kid, have you forgotten I have been in possession of the Dragon Pearl for a long time, so I have long since bound with it, and now because of that, I am now permanently bound with the Jade Abyss. So unless you die and this realm gets destroyed, then I'm basically immortal. But don't worry, I wont let you die do soon" Tharros stated.
Vin was relieved to hear that, but he didn't tell the other two, as there was no need to do so. Besides after hearing what Tharros said, an idea popped up In his head as he took a glance at Zara by his side.
"Zara, there's something I want to try, so don't panic, okay?!" Vin reassured his trustee confidant, who just nodded in approval, showing her deep trust for him.
Vin then snapped his fingers and Zara vanished in front of them, appearing directly in an entirely new world, that she seemed to fall in love with immediately. She could freely run around this place without any worries.
"Whoa, where is Zara?" Mara exclaimed in panic, but Vin assured her that everything was fine and he had only just sent her to the Jade Abyss. Mara immediately asked to be sent into the new Realm too but... There was a problem.
As far as it was living things, Vin was only able to send those he had marked into the Jade Abyss, as every other people would be rejected and repelled immediately.
Although Vin was acting calmly right now, he still couldn't hide the excitement in his eyes as he felt the power of the Pearl within him, coursing through his veins and constantly refining his body.
He took a single step forward but his legs felt wolbly and shaky as he fell to his knees, this immediately caused a panic within him "Tharros, what's happening to me, I feel so.... Weak"
"I thought you should have figured it by now, your body still has a lot of excess energy from the Pearl, and although it might seem like its strengthening you, it's also destroying your body at the same time, refining it to give you the perfect Jade body, you should use this chance to speed up the process and also increase your cultivation level, because you're currently too too weak" Tharros stated in his mind.
"Vin, Vin!!, what's wrong?" a panicked Mara screaming his name dragged him out of his thoughts, Vin could tell that she was genuinely concerned about him so he gave her a warm smile.
"You do not have to worry about me, I'm using fine, I just need to cultivate for a while" Vin said as he sat crossed-legged on the floor and entered into meditation.
As he sent his consciousness into his body, Vin was able to observe the process more closely, he saw a golden liquid which he could only assume was the bloodline essence of the Jade Dragon coursing through his meridians, and circulating round his body, but the process was very slow.
"The bloodline essence of the Jade dragon within the Pearl is only remaining a slight trace because of the passage of time, and it's loss during that battle, if not I could have helped you acquire the bloodline of the Jade Dragon" Tharros said within his mind.
"Wait you can actually do that?" Vin asked surprised, as he had never heard of something like that.
"Of course I can, what did you take me for?. But now that it's not possible, then we can do something else, I can see that your own bloodline, the Hell Phoenix bloodline has the devouring ability, why don't you try devouring the Jade dragon essence" Tharros suggested.
Vin thought that it was a good idea, and decided to give it a shot, as he guided his own pristine violet-colored bloodline essence to come in contact with the Jade dragon essence a sudden change happened.
The moment the violet-colored blood approached the golden jade blood, it immediately attempted to devour it, but as if the dragon blood could sense what was about to happen, it immediately fought back fiercely.
And it soon turned into a tug-of-war between these two bloodlines as they both attempted to devour each other, the battle between them was so intense that Vin lost control of them.
His body suffered even more injuries than before as they both clashed in vigor, and Vin couldn't help but spit out blood due to that.
Mara who was keeping an eye on him close by immediately sprang to her feet as she rushed towards Vin, but the moment she got within five meters of his position, she was repelled immediately by the berserk aura he was emitting.
The aura was so intense that it actually felt like dragon might, but unbeknownst to her, this was Vin subconsciously releasing his own Phoenix might, one he had no idea he actually had.
