An hour later, Eric returned with news.
"Sir, she isn't at the practice. I waited an hour, and she didn't return. But I asked security to keep an eye out for her and contact me as soon as she turns up."
Jett barely hummed in understanding and thinned his lips, eyes staring into nothing.
It finally made sense why he couldn't get a hold of either Kelsie or Keira when they went missing.
Even when he found Kelsie and redirected everyone's attention to finding Keira, no one still found her.
When a powerful man like him couldn't find something, it was either nowhere to be found, or hidden lost.
Then out of nowhere, Molly called to say she was sleeping right in the office.
Recalling how Molly was in the hospital the day Kelsie got shot by Serbian, he unhurriedly tapped his finger against his desk.
Didn't that mean what she said about sneaking in to see Kelsie was nothing but a lie?
After all, if she really snuck in to see Kelsie and saw them, she wouldn't ask them to leave.
