Having encountered a sea monster, they had to be on guard. The task at hand was to figure out what species the sea monster belonged to.
Jiang Xiaobai had Haijian fetch him some paper and a pen, and on the paper, he drew the outline of the sea monster. Throughout the experience, the sea monster had never fully emerged from the surface of the sea, so Jiang Xiaobai had not been able to see its entire form.
"It roughly looked like this."
Haijian passed Jiang Xiaobai's sketch to Jerry and asked, "Have you ever heard of this kind of sea monster?"
Jerry shook his head. He himself had a wealth of sailing experience and often heard from his elders tales of the sea since his childhood, but he could assert he had never seen this type of sea monster, nor had he heard of it.
