The estate guard, or rather the white cowboy with a whip and revolver, stared sharply at the black-skinned Divine Calamity. His right hand unconsciously moved slightly, causing the long whip to shake like a rattlesnake.
The invisible offspring also noticed him and suddenly shot out a shadow tentacle, wrapping it tightly around the estate guard's neck.
This simple action seemed to have triggered some switch.
Despite theoretically not possessing advanced intelligence, the cowboy phantom's face revealed an expression of uncontrollable rage. His right hand shook violently, and the whip lashed out fiercely at the invisible offspring.
The whip was woven from nine strands of hemp rope, slightly thicker than a thumb. Under the estate guard's strike, its end exceeded the speed of sound, producing a crisp sonic boom.
Crack!
As described in the skill, the estate guard's attack would not inflict substantial damage; there were no visible marks on the body of the invisible offspring.
