[3rd POV]
The last three days of the training session had gone...spectacularly. With Rias growing her power, and officially entering the Ultimate Class tier of power, her control over the Power of Destruction grew to a higher limit than ever before.
The others had also grown a decent bit as well, with Kiba making even more new swords for the fight, Akeno gaining more control over her holy lightning, and Koneko getting better in the usage of senjutsu and touki, or at least, even better than before.
With all that said and done, it was officially time for the rating game to begin. The group was back in Kuoh, as Rias sat in her chair, nervous, and yet slightly excited, mostly so she could prove herself in front of the entire underworld, and most of all, to Morgan.
"You'll do great, Rias. I am certain of it. Just remember what I've taught you, all of you, alright?" Morgan asked, as she looked over them all, causing them to nod, even Akeno, who was beginning to grow grateful for Morgan's aid, as she had noticed the increase in power, even if she didn't like using it very much.
Glancing to the side, she noticed Grayfia appearing from a demonic circle.
"It's time, Rias-sama" Grayfia said to Rias, who breathed in deeply and nodded.
"I'll be watching Rias. Oh, and remember what the reward will be if you win~" Morgan teased with a grin, before teleporting off, as Rias blushed bright red, remembering the promise of a kiss from her crush should she win.
"Ara~Ara~ are you blushing Rias?" Akeno teased with a grin, as she, like the others, had noticed the interest that Rias had for Morgan.
"Shut up" Rias said with a small glare, causing Akeno to giggle louder, before they all turned to Grayfia, who also looked slightly amused with the entire situation. Thanks to Morgan's influence, she had gotten better at showing her emotions, well, at least around those she knew.
"Now that Morgan is gone, are you prepared to begin? You will be transported to the rating game location through this teleportation circle" Grayfia said, as they all nodded, having prepared as much as they possibly could have, thanks to Morgan.
"Good, the rating game shall begin shortly. Simply step through the teleportation circle and it will begin" Grayfia said, as the group all got to their feet, breathing in to prepare themselves, as they walked forward, the teleportation circle glowing beneath their feet, as they were teleported off to the rating game dimension, one built for rating games, and a perfect mimic of Kuoh academy.
While Rias and the group were transported off, Morgan was in the student council room, watching a screen of the rating game, sitting next to Sona.
"What is the likelihood of them winning this game?" Sona asked, as she had no idea how much training the group had put in, and whether or not they were actually ready for this.
"As long as the Phenex family didn't pull a few Ultimate class beings out of nowhere? I am 100% confident in Rias obliterating them in battle. She is an Ultimate Class being herself, after all" Morgan replied, as Sona's eyes widened in shock.
"WHAT?!" She yelled, breaking her usually calm demeanor.
"You heard me, she's broken into the level of Ultimate Class beings. Hell, half her peerage is now in the High Class range of power. You're also close you know, give it another month or two and you'll be there too" Morgan replied with an amused chuckle at the reaction that Sona had.
"I-truly?" Sona asked, trying to calm herself upon hearing that she was also nearly at the Ultimate Class level of power.
"Indeed. You underestimate yourself a bit too much, Sona. Now, let's watch the chicken get his ass beat, shall we?" Morgan said with a smirk, as Sona just giggled and nodded, as they both turned to watch the game.

In the rating game dimension, Rias glanced around the room that looked the exact same as her office in the real world, Grayfia had already explained the rules. Which was to the surrender or death of the King of each peerage, that if they were to enter the bases of each other (The occult room or principles office) the pawns would be able to promote to a higher level, as well as the banned items which were phoenix tears.
These were all the basic rules that most rating games lived by, so Rias wasn't at all shocked by this, as Grayfia's voice echoed above.
"Rating game, start!" Grayfia said, as Rias looked at her team with a smile.
"You already know what to do. Akeno will focus on his pawns and knights, Kiba shall take care of his Queen, and Koneko you will take care of the rest. Once they are all defeated, we will go for him together, so that there is no chance of any sort of underhanded tactics" Rias said, as they all nodded, grins on their faces, knowing that with the training that Morgan had given them, the man stood no chance.

With Morgan, she hummed at the plan, as she let Rias make it herself.
"Not a bad plan, although it leaves Rias vulnerable. But I suppose if she truly is Ultimate class in power now, that is a strategy itself" Sona mused, realizing that Rias was doing this so that even if Riser came to her himself, she would be able to destroy him, as he was...arrogant, so it wouldn't be shocking at all if he tried this.
"Yep. As long as he doesn't pull out anything too crazy she'll be fine" Morgan said, as they focused on the game, watching as the three servants of Rias ran off to find their individual targets, using the magic that she had taught them, the one that allowed them to track others as long as they have met them once.

With Akeno, she was flying through the skies above, glancing around as she noticed that the tracking magic had led her to this location, the knights both in the same location as she looked down, a smirk forming on her face as she noticed them.
"Get down here, coward!" Karlamine, one of Riser's two knights exclaimed as she looked above at Akeno, who just giggled.
"Sorry~ But I can't take any chances!" Akeno said, as magic circles formed around her, holy lightning crackling out of them, slamming against the ground where they just stood, as they struggled to dodge the rapid onslaught of holy lightning.
"You-You damned fallen a-ACKG" A scream of pain echoed from Karlamine as the holy lightning slammed against her figure from several angles, as she dropped to the ground, unconscious.
"Riser Phenex Knight, retired" Grayifa's voice echoed above, as Akeno then focused on the other knight, Siris.
The other girl had been dodging a bit better than Karlamine, but that wasn't really saying much considering how much Karlamine had been struggling. As soon, an onslaught of holy lightning slammed into her moments later, not even giving her a chance to utter a word, unlike her fellow knight.
"Riser Phenex knight, retired" Grayfia said, as Akeno giggled.
"Ara~Ara~ That was so easy~ Perhaps Riser's not as strong as we thought~" Akeno said with a teasing giggle, before taking off to find the pawns of the Phenex.

"That was...one sided" Sona muttered, as Morgan nodded.
"I expected as much. They were meant to be after all. I had made sure they fought against those that were weak to their specialities, and knights are naturally quite weak against strong enough magic users, overly relying on their physical attributes" Morgan explained, as Sona nodded in understanding.
"That makes sense. Perhaps you could explain more of that in future training sessions?" Sona asked, causing Morgan to smile.
"Perhaps"

With Koneko, she was currently racing towards Riser's rooks, deciding to take down the ones that were a direct equal to her in terms of potential physical power. The others that she needed to go after being Bishops, one of which being Ravel Phenex, who would likely be close by to Riser at all times.
Landing in front of the two rooks with a crackling boom, the ground quaking underneath her, Koneko looked between the two of them.
'Hmm, Morgan was right, they are weak' Koneko thought, sensing their general power, and it was...well under her own.
With a grunt, touki coated her figure, as she took a singular step, and disappeared, only to reappear, fist cocked back as she slammed it into the stomach of the more dangerous of the two rooks, Xuelan, who was an excellent practitioner of Chinese Kung fu.
"Riser Phenex Rook, retired"
"Wha-you bitch!" The other rook snarled, Isabela being her name, as she threw a powerful punch towards Koneko, only for the short girl to deadpan, as she reached out and...caught the punch, a soft boom sounding out as she did so.
Gripping the other girl's fist in her hand, Koneko pulled up and...began to slam her into the ground, Hulk style.
A crater was created from the slamming of Isabela, as she was slammed against the ground over and over and over, before eventually, blood pooling from her body, the voice of Grayfia echoed.
"Riser Phenex Rook, retired"
Glancing at Isabela who had been teleported off, Koneko grunted with an unimpressed look, before taking off to find and take out the rooks, at the same time, Grayfia's choice echoed above.
"Riser Phenex Pawn, retired"

"Huh...seems Akeno is having some fun" Koneko muttered to herself, as she soon found herself in front of the Bishop, and almost immediately noticed the fear in their eyes, as they began to realize that this fight was completely and utterly one sided.
Without the bishop named Mihae even being able to react, Koneko had a fist slamming into the back of her head, knocking her out in one singular punch.
"Riser Phenex Bishop, retired"
"...This is boring" Koneko muttered to herself with a grunt, as she took off to get back to Rias.

"...This is a massacre" Sona muttered to herself, sighing at the complete and utter one sidedness of it all. It wasn't even really close, as Rias's peerage easily and rapidly took down Riser's, as the man was simply not on their level, both power wise, training wise, and tactically.
"Told you it wouldn't be close unless Riser brought out some sort of wildcard" Morgan said with a chuckle, as she began to watch the Kiba fight next.

With Kiba, he was fighting it out with the Queen of Riser's peerage, Yubelluna. She had been putting up a much better fight than any of the others, but even that wasn't doing much thanks to Kiba's sword, which was made to absorb explosions and redirect them at double the power.
"Stop dodging!" Yubelluna yelled enraged as the magic continued to fizzle out before it could hit him, or flew past him as he dodged it.
"Not happening" Kiba said with a small smirk, as he created a second sword, one that was made in order to allow him to have small bursts of teleportation.
Moments later, he disappeared for a moment, and reappeared behind Yubelluna, who couldn't react as she cried out in pain, the sword slashing against her back, cutting it cleanly as blood spurted from it.
"I-I surrender!" Yubelluna cried out in pain, as she was teleported away from the arena.
"Riser Phenex Queen, retired"
"Now I just need to get back to Rias" Kiba muttered as he wasted no time to get back to her.

With Riser, his face was beat red in anger as he flew towards Rias's location with his sister.
"B-Brother, should we really do this!? Maybe it'd be better to just giv-" "Shut up! Riser does not surrender like some weak cow!" Riser roared in anger, as he looked down at the building that Rias was in, fury blazing in his eyes, as magic circles formed, balls of fire slamming against it, coating it in his blazing fires.
"That should teach the bitch to go agai-" "Oh? Did you think I was taken out from something as simple as that?" Rias's voice echoed from behind him, as she had a smile on her face, a smile that meant pain and suffering for Riser.
"You-" "I'd suggest you surrender, Ravel, otherwise you'll be experiencing a world of pain for a brother that evidently cares little for you" Rias said, as her peerage began to appear nearby, all surrounding Riser as Ravel looked around.
"Brother!" "NO! I will not give up!" Riser roared back at her, as Ravel growled.
"Fuck this! I surrender!" Ravel said, as she was teleported out of the arena.
"Riser Phenex Bishop, retired"
"Riser will beat you! Then once he is done beating you and your peerage, he'll make sure you understand that you're his bitch!" Riser growled, as Rias scowled.
"Please, there's only one person in the world that will ever catch my eye, and you certainly aren't nearly as hot as she is. Now, are you going to surrender, or am I going to need to destroy you?" Rias asked, as Riser scoffed.
"You cannot destroy Riser, Riser is immortal!" Riser yelled back, as Rias smiled, as a dark aura crackled out of her in one gigantic wave, as watchers around the underworld went wide eyed.

In a lavish room, four figures sat, watching intently as Rias let out her full power.
"Zachs-Chan..." "Ha! Beat that Sera! My sister is Ultimate Class while yours is still High Class!" Sirzechs cut her off with a laugh, dancing in happiness as he snapped pictures of his sister's "Scary face" inwardly thanking Morgan for training her to become so incredible.
At the same time, Serafall promised to visit Morgan personally about this...issue.

"Still think you can defeat me, Riser?" Rias asked, as she made a glowing ball made of the power of destruction, the man paled in growing fear as her power began to remind him of his older brothers.
"You-you're-ultimate class!" Riser exclaimed in fear, as he watched the ball begin to grow closer to him, all his instincts screaming for him to say the words, as he growled in anger before yelling.
"Riser surrenders! I surrender!" Riser yelled, as he was teleported off, and Grayfia's voice echoed throughout the arena.
"Riser Phenex surrenders, Rias Gremory wins!"
Rias grinned as she let out a cheer, while inwardly, she was blushing bright red as she had one thought in her mind.
'...A-a kiss from Morgan!'

At the same time, in the human world, Morgan had a smirk on her face, proud of her students, and a little surprised that Riser didn't pull anything, but she suspected that was out of fear of retaliation from Sirzechs.
Realizing what this meant, Morgan grinned widely as she had one thought on her mind.
'...Time to give Rias her reward~'

So yeah, once threatened with actual, true death, Riser is a bit of a puss. Rias has won her rating game and is getting her kiss from Morgan!
Of course, this is only the beginning of the big events, as more will be going down in the next chapters, with more action, more reveals, and all sorts of stuff!
