The stationed Anbu spotted the approaching figure from a distance and immediately stepped forward to salute.
"Lord Second Hokage, what brings you here?"
Tobirama glanced at the masked Anbu and pondered for a moment. "Your voice sounds familiar."
The Anbu bowed respectfully. "I once served as your guard in the research facility."
Tobirama gave a slight nod. "I need to go up for something."
The Anbu did not obstruct him but instead stepped aside to make way. "Please, go ahead."
Tobirama entered the tower and ascended all the way to the top floor—the control room of the Solarity Tower.
This room was manned by the former Barrier Team personnel, tasked with overseeing the village's defenses.
Just as he was about to step inside, someone exited before him.
"Lord Second Hokage."
"Kakashi, huh?"
"What brings you here, Lord Second Hokage?" Kakashi bowed deeply, showing great respect.
"I'm conducting an experiment that requires me to study this tower," Tobirama stated.
Kakashi inquired, "Does the Fifth Hokage know about this?"
Tobirama responded calmly, "This experiment is something the Fifth Hokage personally entrusted to me."
Hearing this, Kakashi stepped aside without further questioning. "Please, go ahead."
The so-called control room was actually the foundation of the Tenseigan.
The circular chamber housed the lower half of the Tenseigan, surrounded by various monitoring instruments.

Tobirama approached the Tenseigan, his gaze locked onto it.

Then, he issued another order. "All of you, leave the room."
Everyone exited the control room.
The person in charge, a member of the Hyuga clan, couldn't help but turn to Kakashi and ask, "Kakashi, should we inform Lord Hokage about this?"

The warmth and gentleness of the past were gone—only endless coldness remained, as if he carried a deep and unrelenting hatred.
Jiraiya felt an overwhelming pain in his heart. "Minato, he is the Hokage now. If you take action, you'll be making an enemy of all of Konoha."
Minato sneered coldly. "I'm already Konoha's enemy, aren't I? Doesn't the village already see me as a criminal?"
Jiraiya countered, "Do you really want to harm Konoha?"
Minato's voice was indifferent. "I don't care. Right now, I only want to kill him!"
As he spoke, his eyes burned with boundless hatred.
"No… I want to kill them all!"
Jiraiya let out a long sigh. "Do you know who asked me to save you?"
"…"
"It was Kushina."
Minato's pupils shrank at the name.
Jiraiya continued, "I don't know what really happened, but I could see that she's still thinking about you. Her situation might not be as good as it seems… Kushina asked me to rescue you and take you away, far from Konoha."
Minato stood there, his body trembling uncontrollably.
Then, suddenly, he burst into laughter—a laugh that grew louder and more unhinged with each passing second.
He turned and slammed his fist into the wall with all his strength, blood streaming from his knuckles.
"Why… why…" he muttered under his breath.
He recalled the scene he had witnessed that day, and an unbearable pain twisted in his heart.
"Kushina…"
After a long silence, he suddenly spoke.
"I want to see her."
It was as if he were speaking to Jiraiya, or perhaps just to himself.
"I need to ask her in person if everything that day was real. If she was forced… I'll take her away. I'll take her away… I'LL TAKE HER AWAY!"
Jiraiya hesitated before saying, "You… probably won't be able to see her right now."
Minato spun around abruptly, demanding, "Why not?!"
Jiraiya sighed. "Because… right now… she's giving birth."
