Nathan paused, sensing Miss Dawn's meaning beneath her calm tone. He gave a soft sigh and smiled.
"Of course. If he's not asking for a reward, that doesn't mean he shouldn't receive one. I'll have twenty villas transferred under Adam Waters' name—fully furnished.
And five cars as well. Top line. Also, the metal supply his company needs—cut down to half price for the next three years."
Miss Dawn nodded, satisfied. "That sounds fair. He deserves at least that much."
Nathan's mouth twitched, half amused and half exasperated by her subtle nudge. Then he turned toward Luna, his face turning more serious.
"I'm sorry," he said softly. "I almost married you to the wrong man, and I didn't even look deeper into things. I let lies cloud my judgment."
Luna only gave him a small, tired smile. "It's alright, Father. I'm just glad the truth came out in time."
