According to Zhang Pianpian, the high school Foundation Establishment Qualification Certificate exam starts in mid-June each year, with results coming out in early January the following year.
This means that for each batch of high school students, there are two opportunities in total during their three years of high school.
The first opportunity is to register at the end of the first year, and obtain the Foundation Establishment Certificate in the second year.
The second chance is to register at the end of the second year and get the Foundation Establishment Certificate in the third year.
