Although he couldn't let them become stronger using his method as they don't have his class nor his sub-class, he could at least let them get those side mission rewards that weren't useful to him but very useful to them.
When he reached the limit of this world's power, he could bring the two of them to travel around the world and try to trigger as many side missions as they could. There was no point in using those rewards that weren't useful to him when he could give them to his bros who could make more use of them.
