Kisha stared at the guild ledger.
The number beside her name... didn't even feel real.
"M-Mister Hazuki... isn't that... your entire earning?" she asked, voice small.
Hazuki didn't even flinch.
"So!!?" he snapped.
He jabbed a finger in her direction.
"I'm the main sponsor for that orphanage now!! You got a problem with that!?"
Kisha flinched and shook her head rapidly.
"Y-yes. I mean—no! I mean— yes, I'll handle it properly!"
Hazuki crossed his arms.
"Good. You better make sure you can control that money, and make sure those kids eat well. Got it? Not a single one of them goes hungry!"
"Understood!" she said with a firm nod, her hands still trembling slightly.
Hazuki turned back toward the receptionist and slammed his hand on the counter.
"Now! My silver coin please!! And fast!!"
The receptionist girl, startled, scrambled under the desk and came back with a small pouch.
"T-Ten silver coins in cash, Mister Hazuki!"
