I could barely feel my body, there was a sense of feeling but it was overshadowed by cold numbness, I tried and tried and finally I got my eyes open and my hands started to move, I could feel my leg but it was too heavy to move.
So I partially sat up, balancing on my hand and on top of my lower body was a whole vegetation, leaves and plant and grass, I was in shock; the other part of the cave has been sealed off in truth but by a sheet of vegetation, in the middle was a tree and a lot of plants.
I wasn't held down by the weight of the sand but I was held down by the roots from these plants.
After some struggle I got myself out by forcefully tearing and breaking the roots I was under, or kind of one with.
As I dusted my body I looked at the cave and now there have been changes, there were glowing rocks in corners, above, below and so on, it was different.....
"Liaris", I suddenly remembered.
Those were my first words after waking from my slumber, I rushed to the place I had dropped her, not so far from the entrance to the cave and also not so close either, she was in the middle.
I ran and rushed and all I saw were bones, I don't know whose bones but there were bones. I wasn't moved, in my opinion she was alive, these were the bones of animals, small ones to be exact, I was worried but I was more concerned about the environment I am now in.
She may have left the cave to do something or maybe she was captured, I wasn't sure, her scent was not here and it was also not around.
I walked closer to the entrance and noticed a lot of things different all of a sudden. i mean when did the ground level become higher, I saw grass and sand all over the place from up top.
The rays from the sun hits my position, obscuring my vision so I raised my hands as shade to see properly.
"my hands, they are complete again." I said as I smiled, I never tried to heal it, talk less of regenerate it, I guess it just happened.
I looked down and it wasn't so far unlike before, jumping down from here was literally a piece of cake compared to that night.
I jumped down and walked towards the light knowing I was coming out of the shadows Unfortunately; I can no longer remember what time it is. The whole place looks different, I thought I was in a cave but now I wasn't even on a hill and the so called mountain gap had a bridge, also there is grass and trees all around, those were way down before.
Walking downwards, the chirping from birds and some other loud sounds vibrated my ears. I could see birds and animals in the distance, but this whole feeling is different, from the atmosphere down to the biosphere I sensed change. Probably I must be dead, or should I go back to sleep?, So I thought, until I saw two men moving towards me.
I could perceive their pure blood and human stench. It was stronger this time, and they haven't seen me yet so I hid behind a tree and let them pass by a bit then continued behind them.
I wasn't ready to deal with them, I was more fascinated by my surroundings and how I would find my sister, I mean she is here somewhere even if she isn't close by, I thought to myself.
"Stop, don't move." Someone said from behind me.
Wait huh, who the hell is…sigh… I know I gave these guys a gap so how did they notice me or did they turn back or what?
"Who are you and why are you naked." He said…
"Yo just let him be, he is probably a psycho." His mate said to him.
"No." The first one replied.
"Turn back slowly and speak." He said.
I turned back and saw a weapon being pointed at me.
"uhm, why is that pointed at me, I mean I did nothing so what exactly is the issue." I said with a calm voice meanwhile my anger was coming up.
I know that's a weapon, I could still smell some sort of gun powder but really faint unlike the ones back then but it had a short nozzle which was weird.
"why is what? You are naked and you are walking around like its nothing." The first one said, pointing the gun steady at my head.
This shouldn't even concern him at this point, if you cared so much then just ask me or offer help, or is this how humans now ask questions?
Then it hit me, I wasn't even putting on clothes for any reason, I just forgot.
"How does that concern you?" I said to him raising my eye brows to him.
"What? That's… That's fucking public indecency, that isn't right." He said, confused as he narrowed his eyes, shaking his head in confusion.
"Oh, oh, that's why. I forgot that sorry, I mean it's nothing to worry about so lower your weapon." I said getting confused on why this is so much of a problem plus what in the world are they wearing, is it a new kind of tailoring? How is the hood connected to the shirt and how did they make it swell ?
"How the Fuck are you so calm, you are naked, don't you feel ashamed?" the guy with the weapon said, getting more and more aggravated over another man being naked in front of him.
"well I have no cloths so what am I supposed to do?" I replied him and turned the other way already getting irritated by their expressions.
"I said stop, you psycho!!!." He said pulling the trigger but his aim was poor but maybe it wasn't, maybe he shot the ground as a warning.
"I dare you take one more step and I will open fire and I won't miss this time." He proclaimed. I was right, he wanted to miss.
Now I really got irritated and I started twitching, who the hell does he think he is to dare me? is he insane, why can't he just mind his business.
"Oh, now you listen. I thought you were high and mighty? after all in the face of instruments that can end your life, you are just another human who will be begging for mercy." He ranted.
another human?
"Excuse me?" I said looking at him as I raised my eyes in disgust.
"Don't you look at me like that, you man whore…." He was saying as his voice slowly muffled in my head.
I began to hear nothing than the repetition of what he just said.
"In the face of instruments that can end your life you are just another human who will beg for mercy"
Me?
Another human?
"Who the fuck do you think you are?" my tone changed. As my nerves twitched.
I dashed instantly to the front of him.
"what did you say?" I asked him, eye to eye., my tone serious and deep.
"You mother fucker!" He shouted as he forced himself back in order to put some distance between us but I grabbed his hand and wrecked every bone my palm came in contact with.
""Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!" He screamed as he heard his own bones shatter and crack.
He was left with one hand, the hand with the gun and just like humans and their ever so predictable ways, he opened fire as he stepped back.
I could see it.
"How did you?" He asked as horror filled his eyes, seeing me dodge bullets like I knew the direction and his aim, his mate stunned couldn't say a word.
He stumbled upon the ground with his jaw dropped.
"You think because you have the weapon you are the winner!!" I raised my voice. Then walked to his position.
"The man is the weapon, not the instrument you fool." I said to as I looked down to him on the ground.
I could see he was trying to raise his weapon again but I wasn't going to let that happen, I had proved my point but I wasn't satisfied.
"Hhhhhh, Humans are just dumb" I said as I stood up to be on my way but my heart did not ease up my nerves were ever furious and my claws, I was barely holding them in.
I didn't want to kill them but my body wanted to. And I was strange because a part of me really wants their head while the other really doesn't.
"You are a fucking Monster and we will slay you." He said.
"You will slay who?" I looked back and asked again? My heart beating faster and my blood boiling for action, this creature was pushing me.
"Yes, I said it, we humans have faced threats like you before and we will fucking kill you like we have killed the rest." He said with a smile as he stood up, holding the gun ever forward still.
"BANG, BANG" The fool pulled the trigger again and again but this time is didn't dodge, I was hit but it did nothing. I was drunk with power and Zeal just to kill this person, my muscles became stronger and my blood hotter.
I wasn't thinking any longer, I closed the distance between him and I with a smile ever menacing.
He dropped his gun and concealed the hand he used to shoot me. He was grabbing another weapon but this fool thought I wouldn't know.
"Stay back!!!!" He said as he moved back.
But who the fuck is a human to order me around?
"I said stay back!!" He shouted kicking sad at my face but also attacking at the same time.
"Grab!" But I caught his hand.
And a voice birth from pure bloodlust emerged from my bowels. "This will be your end or I will die trying to make it yours." I said with a deep voice.
I grabbed his shoulder with my other hand and slowly began to pull his hand apart from his body.
"What are you do…..AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!" He began to shout as the pain began to hit him.
His flesh broke revealing his foreskin and then his muscles tore revealing his bones until "CRAM!" There was a separation. "Krrhhhsssh" Blood flowed down from his arm and all he could do was stare but I on the other hand was so excited it showed proudly on my chin.
He looked at his whole arm on the floor and looked at me.
"you, you mo…" .. "Cough" he could barely speak not with the blood gushing out of his eyes, mouth and nose.
"you, you are a." he continued to stammer.
"You are a Monster." He said, not shouting, these were the words of a man stripped off his ego..
I could see the total fear in his eyes, I could see how traumatized he was but it got me more excited.
I carried him off the ground by the neck.
"How does this feel for a change?" I asked him as he struggled to speak.
"Once upon a time, I was the threat but now you all think you are above us because of the Primis lex, you all looked at us with violence and hate in your eyes you called us monsters and we quivered but now it's our turn, it's my turn, I will destroy your reasoning then slay you with it." I Said as I tightened my grip and watched him struggle even more.
"Any last words?" I asked him as I released my grip.
"you are a mon..." he was saying when I tightened my grip more and more, tearing through his muscles as he struggled until there was a deep gut wrenching "CRACK!!"
