Kai's world is an immensely powerful realm that sustains damage only in the most intense battles. When injured, it regenerates completely thanks to its special core. The setting evokes a dark fantasy anime atmosphere, situated in an era dominated by castles and fortresses.
One day, the god Kai, lonely in the void, created this universe. He appointed twenty-four rulers as his envoys, yet half of them conspired to kill him. They breached the Palace of Infinity and struck down Kai—or so they thought. The survivors rejected this act and waged war against the traitors, who became known as the "Nullifiers." An eternal conflict ensued between the Rulers and the Nullifiers.
However, there was a secret unknown to all the envoys: Kai's power was limitless, and he was immortal. Having anticipated this, he forged a gem, poured his essence into it, cast it into the world, and stepped back to watch as a retired deity.
