Silence hung on both ends of the line for what felt like eternity after Felix finished relaying the witch's words to Kade.
"Do you not want to?" Felix was the first to interrupt the silence. "Or do you perhaps need more time to think about it?"
"No, no, no, I would very much want to give it a try!" Kade rushed to respond. "I was just thinking about how to arrange it… I need to talk to… a few other pack members first, but it's an emergency, so I think everyone is going to agree. It would be best to do it as soon as possible, so would it be fine if we came tomorrow in the morning?"
