Steven promptly turned off his phone without lifting his head.

Zane heard the command and directly guided Mona, who was still trying to negotiate, to the door.
On the other hand, Mona was still in shock. The child in the photo on Steven's phone looked so much like the one John had shown her yesterday!
Unfortunately, she had only taken a swift glance at it just to placate John, so she did not see it properly.
But that should be impossible, right? She had heard that Steven’s child was a boy, while John always said Emma was a girl instead.
