Alex read through the book for a good while before putting it down to relax his eyes. As he glanced up, he saw Steven striding toward him.
Startled, he quickly stepped forward to meet him.
He had completely forgotten that he was still in a dress, so he approached Steven, who had a surprised look on his face.
"Dad, let's go."
On the other hand, Steven's face grew darker and darker. He clenched his fists and gritted out, "Ethan, just you wait!"
Recently, Steven had been so busy that Ethan was put in charge of Alex’s daily needs. Ethan had been mentioning something about a niece or a daughter, and now he had resorted to this—putting Alex in a dress!
Although Alex had worn some strange outfits before, Steven had assumed that, as he was a boy, he just couldn’t style his clothes nicely. But now, it seemed like those times back then were also part of Ethan’s doing.
