Arkham, an individual or thing or entity—no word is adequate to describe him properly—after his ascension, his personality and mentality underwent subtle changes due to his twisted nature as an outsider. While his personality remains mostly intact, his nature as a human before ascension was already inherently twisted; he is a seeker of pleasure and interesting stories.
Despite his selfish nature, Arkham is capable of caring, protection, and loving in a twistedly selfish way. Example: "I will love you. I will protect you. I will cherish you. Your opinion or will does not matter. You are mine. And only mine." from Arkham to: ?. Arkham is cruel and lustful, be it for women, experiences, or stories; this also partially has to do with his "yearning": "I will crush all other ideals! and raise my ambition above all things! Even the throne!".

Great Demon King: Recognised as the one true ruler of all demonic beings, a being considered a walking calamity, the unstable factor of the world, the one who opposes divine providence, the most unholy being. He possesses abilities such as the Authority of the Great Demon King, the Universal Demonic Presence, the Demonic Supernatural Aura, the symbol of the End, and access to Abyss Magic.

God: A divine race of the highest order with characteristic traits such as true immortality, a body based on world laws and rules, heavenly beauty and temperament, absolute immunity to negative effects, and a divine consciousness that governs wisdom. The God class is unique and singular, possessing distinctive abilities such as authority over the world, the granting of blessings, ridiculous strength, and the ability to overpower any race.
Throne God: A class of entity that emanates its law above all other laws, beyond all Royal Roads, it sits at the centre of all creation, reigning supreme with its Hadou. Hadou (Royal Road) is the disposition of kings, the desire to extend the hegemony that defines them and shape everything in their image. It is the desire to control the world and force it to follow their own whims and customs, to conform to their desires. This always manifests itself in some form of dominion, no matter how virtuous their law, since Hadou is inherently a way of imposing dominion over the world. In the case of a Throne God, this is even truer, as they sit in their own heaven above all laws of reality and above the other Royal Roads.
Primordial Outers God: A kind of fundamental cosmic entity that exists outside the universe and is far older than time and space transcends mortal imagination and has some characteristic abilities such as cognitive corruption of the highest level, interdimensional influence, blocking of its law, perfect restrictions, and much more, such as limited omniscience, limited omnipotence, etc.
World Class Enemy: Forbidden Deity: It's a singularity, an anomaly that simply appeared in the world. It's supposed to be the manifestation of all the taboo concepts and things hidden on the other side of the world's creation; therefore, it can manifest anything taboo in a world that hides it.
