Chapter 55 - Training

Ravihiro starts these children training. The days in the dense jungle were hard, but Ravihiro's commitment to the children was unwavering. After his brief encounter with the beasts and the eerie presence that haunted him, he decided to take them to a hidden sanctuary deep within the heart of the jungle, a place where he could keep them safe and train them in ways that would give them strength, both physically and mentally.

The sanctuary was a secluded clearing surrounded by thick trees, hidden by natural barriers. There, Ravihiro set up a temporary base—tents for shelter, a small workshop for his alchemy, and a training ground for the children's cultivation.

Training Beginnings

Ravihiro knew that to survive the dangers of this world, the children would need more than just basic cultivation. They needed to understand the fundamentals of combat, mental focus, and especially alchemy and formations, all of which he would teach them in detail. He also had to ensure that their bodies became strong enough to endure the hardships that awaited them.

"Today, we begin with the gravity formation," Ravihiro said, standing at the center of the training ground, his voice firm. The children gathered around, curious but excited.

"This formation will increase the gravity around you, making it harder for you to move. But that's the point. If you can't handle the pressure, you won't survive what's coming." Ravihiro's words were not harsh, but they carried the weight of experience.

Aryan, always the leader, stepped forward first. "We're ready, Master," he said confidently, though his body trembled slightly in anticipation.

Ravihiro nodded, his hands moving to create the formation. Lines of light appeared in the air, etched with runes that began to glow. Slowly, the gravity in the area increased, and the children struggled to keep their balance.

Anaya, always a bit more reserved than her twin, immediately collapsed onto the ground with a loud thud.

"That's… too much!" she gasped, her breath coming out in rapid bursts.

Ravihiro didn't move an inch. "The pressure won't break you unless you give up." He observed the children's progress, his gaze calm and calculating. "Focus on your breathing. Don't fight the gravity. Work with it."

The children gritted their teeth and tried again, their movements slow but determined. Over time, their endurance began to improve. They began to understand the formation's subtle intricacies. Each day, they could handle a little more weight, their muscles growing stronger, their minds sharper.
