When the items was in front of her, she used the fabric and set it over the large bowl then she stir in a pinch of salt into the milk and pour through the prepared strainer.
"So what happen now miss Ashley?". They asked.
"We let it strained for and hour". Ashley said. "By then the milk should have separate into a white solid part and a yellowish liquid".
"I see but which one is the cheese?". The head cook asked.
"The white solid part is the cheese".
"So what then happen ti the yellowish liquid?". Blaze asked.
"OH that we discard it". Ashley said. "It's useless to us".
"OK so what happen next after the milk is strained?". A cook asked.
"After the milk is done straining the white solid part we pat the cheese into a ball and wrap in plastic and store in the refrigerator". Ashley said.
"What's refrigerator?". Blaze asked.
"A refrigerator is a type of cooling device". Ashley said.
"I see".
"So do you have it?".
"No we don't my mistress". Blaze said and Ashley sighed. "But we do have a place for freezing things".
"Wait really?, you do!?". Ashley asked in surprised.
