Chapter 27 - Chapter 27: Planning for the Future

Everyone quiets down in the meeting, and a brief silence fills the room before whispers and discussions begin among the attendees.

The President of Egypt speaks: "What do you think of this system to control the Heka energy?"

One of the attendees, who has a scientific background, responds: "This is strange! Such a system has never existed in any civilization, nor even in the magical stories we've read. This system is very logical, unlike what is usually imagined, where mana or other energies are absorbed and stored in an energy center that grows over time, surpassing the human body's limits, making a person strong without needing sleep or supporting bodily functions."

He adds, "We thought that the system of powers would be similar to what we've read, which is why we studied the stories, because the world has become similar to them. But this system is truly real! From the immune system to sleep, everything is precise! The ancient Egyptians reached an advanced level in medicine, where they managed to transform humans entirely."

The attendees listen and agree with him, then Commander Abdul Rahman speaks: "Not only that, but this system also allows humans to become strong. This means that we won't depend on the descendants of those who used the Heka energy in the past, and we won't be at their mercy."

He adds, "Now everything makes sense. Heka is part of the world, it has mixed with everything, even with chemical particles. It's in the air, in food, in almost everything, and that's why diseases spread among people in different ways, because their bodies couldn't handle the presence of Heka within them."

He continues: "The immune system fights Heka because it thinks it's a virus or a threat, which is why no one recovers from these diseases. Now we understand why we can't use magic to treat these diseases—they're not magical diseases, they're scientific. If we used magical energy, the immune system would fight it, making things worse."

One of the attendees says, "But we learned that the immortals' trainees will provide humans with a magical cure in agreement with the major powers. We need to issue a statement to warn the world!"

Another attendee asks, "What if they don't listen to our warning?"

Commander Abdul Rahman responds firmly: "That's not important. We are humans, and we can't convince the whole world, but we can warn those who want to survive. Whoever listens to us will survive, and whoever ignores it will meet their end. But now, we need to prepare ourselves and train with this system, and we will change our plans accordingly."

Everyone focuses on the commander, waiting for new orders, realizing that they need a new plan for this changing situation.

Abdul Rahman adds: "We thought that the descendants, who received the Heka energy from their ancestors, would be the ones to kill the creatures and discover other worlds, but everything has changed now with the appearance of this system. Therefore, our plans must change. The academy we were planning to establish for training these descendants will now also be for training ordinary humans."

"This academy will be the most important institution in this world, as it will train all humans from around the world, along with the descendants of the gods. So, we need to plan it carefully, as it will be the cradle of knowledge, and it will create a generation of humans capable of protecting the world."

"And I propose that the academy be in Egyptian lands, specifically in the Sinai Peninsula."

Upon hearing this, interest and curiosity appear on the attendees' faces.

Commander Abdul Rahman continues his explanation: "Sinai is located at the center of the world, making it a strategic hub. If any disaster or monster attack happens anywhere, reinforcements can reach quickly. Also, its island-like location makes it ideal for protecting students, and it will be under the supervision of the Egyptian military, ensuring their safety."

"Furthermore, it is in a location that is easy to access, as it is almost at the center of the world. So, we will start by studying the costs of building the academy and create detailed plans for its execution. When we unite with the world's countries, they will surely support the project."

"Since we are building an academy, we must also create a comprehensive educational system. I suggest that all schools worldwide include the first part of the power system to control Heka."

"The educational levels should be consistent with the stages of education:

The first three levels for elementary school,

The next three for middle school,

The last three for high school.

And when the student reaches the final year of high school and can reach the ninth level, they will enter deep sleep, then wake up at the second level of the system, qualifying them to enter the academy."

"As for those who don't reach high levels, they will continue their education normally but will not have the chance to enter the academy."

He adds: "Although this system will allow humans to reach unimaginable levels of power, it is extremely difficult. Therefore, those who lack determination and discipline are not worthy of entering the academy or defending humanity."

One of the ministers speaks, warning: "But this will lead to the creation of class gaps, and those in power might exploit their influence to kill the gifted out of fear or jealousy."

Another person adds: "We also don't know all the details of the second level of the system yet."

Ibrahim adds: "We also need to create a regulatory body to establish laws governing the users of this system."

Commander Abdul Rahman looks at them and says: "Your questions are important, and I will answer them. We need to establish five organizations:

1. The Education Organization: It will be under the leadership of the academy president, who will oversee all students and must be strong enough.

2. The Al-Adl Organization: Its mission will be to fight corruption and prevent the exploitation of the new system for injustice and oppression. It will prevent killing among users of the system in secret or at the gates of this world, as the world is in danger, and they must be protected. But if it is proven that there are people who must be eliminated, they will be executed immediately.

3. The Users' Union: It will be responsible for organizing the users of the system, granting them their rights, assigning tasks, and coordinating exploration operations.

4. The Intelligence Organization, the most dangerous: It will work to protect the other organizations, engage in espionage, and gather information.

5. The Economy Organization: It will manage projects and ensure the flow of funds to support the other organizations."

Then Commander Abdul Rahman says: "The Economy Organization will be headed by Mustafa."

Everyone looks at Mustafa, who is lost in thought, then shocked by this decision. Abdul Rahman smiles and asks the President of Egypt for permission to proceed with his plan.

The next stop: The plans are set, but will the world accept them? How will the countries react to this change?
