In the movies, there aren't even any Mutants. But their world definitely has them.

Even if Robert wasn't sure which Marvel parallel universe this world belonged to, he could tell it was different from the pure movie universe.

Ding!

Just as Robert was lost in thought, he suddenly sensed something unusual. He immediately felt a tiny sting on his back, like a mosquito bite — but with a metallic sound.

At the same time, a shocked voice rang out behind him.

"How are you okay?!"

Robert turned his head.

It was none other than Loki, holding the Mind Stone scepter, his face filled with shock.

Robert grinned.

"Why would something happen to me?"

If Loki had used some Asgardian enchanted weapon — like the one he stabbed Thor with — that would be different.

With his current physical strength, Robert might have taken some damage.

But using the Mind Stone scepter to stab him? What a joke.

That thing couldn't even pierce the glass on Tony Stark's arc reactor!

Did Loki really think Robert's body was as fragile as Agent Coulson's?

Facing this kind of weak attack, Robert didn't take it seriously at all.

Loki, however, seemed unwilling to believe what he saw. He once again pointed the scepter at Robert's chest.

Ding!

The scepter tapped against Robert's battle suit but failed to leave even a scratch.

Robert smiled disdainfully.

If Loki had truly mastered the power of the Infinity Stones, then sure, things might be different.

But with his half-baked control of the scepter? Trying to harm Robert with that? Dream on!

Robert had no intention of humoring Loki any further.

He swung his arm and slapped Loki hard across the face.

Pa!

With a crisp sound, Loki spun around three times before collapsing, a red handprint blooming on his cheek.

If Loki weren't a demigod with a physique beyond that of ordinary beings, that slap would've shattered his skull.

But even so, Loki felt like he had just been smashed by a spaceship. His head buzzed, his vision blurred.

He shook his head violently to regain his senses.

"Stupid mortal!"

"How dare you show disrespect to a god?!"

Loki's face was twisted in rage.

Bang!

Before he could act, Robert punched him squarely in the chest.

Loki didn't even have time to react as he was blasted dozens of meters away.

"I hit you. So what can you do?" Robert cracked his neck, the sound sharp and menacing.

All this time, he had been relying on the power of the Green Lantern Ring.

But now, it was time to unleash the power of Superman's body!

Robert reached out with one hand, grabbed a nearby car, and hurled it at Loki, who was struggling to get back on his feet.

Loki's expression shifted as he hastily rolled to the side to dodge.

"Oh?" Robert's voice dripped with mockery.

"So, the mighty gods of Asgard can also look so pathetic."

Loki's face turned red with fury.

Like his brother Thor, he had been raised with too much pride and too little cunning.

Robert's words hit a nerve, igniting Loki's anger.

"You lowly creature! Damn Lou Yi!"

"You simply don't—"

Before Loki could finish his rant, Robert appeared right in front of him like a phantom.

Without wasting a word, Robert delivered a vicious whip kick.

Thud!

Loki's body shot out like a ragdoll, smashing through a building before crashing to the ground.

Loki lay there, dazed, his previous anger completely erased.

His mind blanked.

Who am I?

Where am I?

Why does this mortal have power rivaling that green monster Hulk?

Loki hadn't even seen the moment Robert attacked.

Now, fear crept into his heart — a thought he couldn't tolerate. He was a god, after all!

How could he feel fear?

Yet, there it was.

He struggled to stand, glaring at Robert, whose muscular figure radiated overwhelming dominance.

Loki's heart shivered — a crack in his divine arrogance.

And that terrified him even more.

He had come here with grand plans.

After witnessing the Avengers leave, he thought capturing Robert — who looked young and inexperienced — would be easy.

His idea was to make Robert his secret weapon, an insider among Earth's defenders.

Yes, the Chitauri army had been wiped out, but Loki had survived.

As long as he eliminated the Avengers, he still had a shot at ruling this world.

Loki had crafted a series of brilliant schemes in his mind.

But now, all of them were falling apart right at step one.

He never imagined that Robert would be this monstrous.

Not only was his body as tough as steel, but his power and speed were off the charts.

Loki hadn't even been able to mount a proper defense.

Was this really an Earthling?

Loki was utterly dumbfounded.

Who was the real god here?

As Loki wobbled on his feet, trying to regain composure, Robert took a step forward, his grin widening.

"You're scared," Robert said coldly.

His words hit Loki like a thunderclap.

Robert had the Joker's thinking network — an ability that granted him not just insane battle instincts but also sharp psychological insight.

One look was enough to read Loki's micro-expressions and guess what he was thinking.
