His body was no longer his own; it belonged to someone else now. Black veins were popping out of his arms, and his eyes were black as an eternal abyss.
Emil and Riven were standing in front of the cursed Alaric, they were not scared even a tiny bit.
Emil took one step forward, glancing at Riven.
Riven gave him a small nod. In the next instant, they both dashed forward.
"Shadow Pulse!" Emil shouted and cast his spell to disrupt the vision of cursed Alaric and to help Riven. Riven moved forward in ghostlike speed, he slashed his sword toward alaric ribs.
But the soul-controlled Alaric didn't flinch. He tilted his head lazily, raised his hand, and blocked Riven's strike with two fingers.
"Oh, so you want to do it like this, huh?" the cursed soul smirked, a big grin forming on its face. "Still playing hero? Even if I kill your little friend?"
The cursed Alaric was about to grab Riven by his neck.
