The moment the signal was given, she moved.
Her opponent, Noah Osborne, had barely lifted his arms to guard when she was already there. She slipped past his first punch and planted her fist into his stomach, sending him reeling.
He tried to swing back at her, but she was already moving around him, ducking low and then driving her knee into his ribs. He stumbled to the side, gasping for breath.
Nia didn't let up. She didn't even look like she was struggling. She stayed right on top of him, one hand grabbing the back of his collar, the other driving quick, clean punches into his chest.
Noah looked desperate. He tried to push her back, but she twisted her body and tossed him over her hip in one smooth motion. He hit the ground with a thud that echoed in the arena.
