In every story, there are two types of villains.
One who was born evil or lives committing evil without a reason, and the second who wasn't born evil but circumstances forced them to turn.
Who do people sympathize with?
The second one, of course.
But even among the second type, some leave an unforgettable mark on everyone.
They are called peak villains.
They suffer and struggle a lot, making them seem so miserable that one would want them to live even if they did something worthy of being killed.
There was a woman like that in this story's plot—someone even the original Raven couldn't woo with his superb flirting skills.
If Raven ever failed to get a girl, then it was her.
This girl, however, was essential in defeating a major villain while solidifying Raven's position in the family.
The problem was that this woman hated the Vaise family.
It wasn't because they had done something to her, but because they had done nothing for her.
