Naruto frowned, reaching this conclusion.

"Who are you? A bounty hunter?"
From the crowd, a tall man around 2.7 meters in full armor stepped forward with an arrogant look.
"Foolish brat, we are the Krieg Pirates—East Blue's strongest crew!" he declared, looking down at Naruto.
"You infiltrated our ship, so prepare yourself! I, Palu, will personally—"
He kept ranting, but Naruto had already lost interest. Walking forward, he muttered:
"Chidori."
Crackling lightning burst from his right hand.
With a single step, he thrust the electrifying technique into the man's supposedly indestructible shield.
In an instant, blinding light erupted.
The sheer piercing force of the Chidori shattered the shield and shot straight into Palu's chest.
His eyes widened. He tried to say something—but nothing came out.
His body fell to the deck with a heavy thud.
The surrounding pirates stood stunned.
None of them had expected this outcome.
Their proud Second Division Commander of the Krieg Pirates—struck down before he could even finish speaking.
Flicking the blood off his hand, Naruto asked flatly:
"Where is your captain?"
The pirates looked at each other, unsure whether they should answer this intruder.
Then a shaky voice rose from the group:
"I-I-I know who he is…"
Everyone turned. It was a middle-aged pirate, pale-faced, clutching a wanted poster and staring at Naruto like he had seen a ghost.
"I thought he looked familiar, so I checked our old bounties. He's… he's the Demon Child of the West Blue!!!"
The man shouted in despair:
"He's the Demon Child of the West Blue—with a bounty of 300 million berries from Marine HQ!!!"
The deck erupted in chaos.
All the pirates stepped back in terror, staring at the 130-centimeter-tall blond boy like he was a monster.
"This has to be a joke… 300 million?! That's impossible!" one pirate shouted.
More followed:
"Three hundred million?! That's more than thirty Krieg captains!"
"What's a monster like him doing in East Blue?"
"Even in the Grand Line, bounties don't go that high—just one or two hundred million max!"
"We're doomed… The Krieg Pirates are finished… A monster of this level is after us…"
Finally, a pirate pointed a trembling hand at a distant ship:
"O-over there, sir. That ship is our captain's. Krieg is onboard."
"Is that so?" Naruto nodded slightly and turned his eyes to the distant ship.
He considered his options—and decided to try one of his chakra natures he didn't possess. Forming hand signs, he said calmly:
"Suiton: Suiryūdan no Jutsu (Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique)!"
The surrounding pirates panicked as the ship rocked violently.
Then the seawater surged upward, forming a massive, snarling water dragon.
With a roar, the dragon slammed into the distant pirate ship.
Under the stunned gazes of all present, the enormous vessel was smashed into splinters.
Wood flew everywhere. Screams rang out.
Krieg, realizing something was wrong, tried to scramble from the water—
"Better stay down."
Naruto formed another hand sign and used a technique he also had no affinity for:
"Doton: Tenchū Gai (Earth Style: Heavenly Falling Cover)!"
From the sky, a massive lid-like slab with a demonic face appeared and slammed into the sea.
Krieg didn't even have time to dodge—he was crushed and dragged to the ocean floor.
The pirates stared in silent horror.
Their mighty captain—the fearsome East Blue overlord Krieg—hadn't even touched Naruto…
Now bubbles rose from the surface where Krieg had disappeared.
One sharp-witted pirate suddenly cried out:
"Captain Uzumaki Naruto!!!"
"The Demon Child Captain!!!"
The cry spread like wildfire.
"Captain Uzumaki Naruto!!!"
"Captain Uzumaki Naruto!!!"
"Captain Uzumaki Naruto!!!"
Thirty pirate ships echoed with the chant.
In less than ten minutes, the greatest pirate crew of the East Blue now belonged to Uzumaki Naruto.
Of course, Naruto didn't refuse. Taking a map from one of the pirates, he scanned it.
He spotted a very familiar location.
"We're heading here."
He pointed at a spot on the map, then ignored the pirates and walked to the ship's open deck.
"Tajū Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Multi Shadow Clone Technique)!"
Poof!
With a thunderous burst of smoke, 1,400 Naruto clones appeared.
"Everyone, we're starting with Rasengan training!"
The original Naruto declared:
"Our offensive options are still too limited. Let's master the Rasengan, then move on to Fūton: Rasenshuriken (Wind Style: Rasengan Shuriken)!"
The clones cheered.
"About time! We shouldn't have started with Chidori anyway. We don't have lightning chakra!"
"Also, we should learn Ōdama Rasengan (Big Ball Rasengan) too!"
"Even if our bodies are underdeveloped, this jutsu can still be devastating!"
All one thousand clones began their intense training.
And watching this, the pirates grew even more terrified.
No wonder this blond kid was worth 300 million—his powers were bizarre beyond reason.
Of course he crushed Krieg.
