Natural Awakening.
To Awaken naturally one must, usually, awaken their escense and form a core. But in the case of a person infected by the spell, it was different. That was because they formed their cores before Awakening.
Sunny was circulating his escense and mediating for hours in the evening and night, pushing his concentration beyond his limits, and inching closer to Awakening. Suddenly he felt Euphoric, feeling his body change, becoming smoother and paler.
He Awakened.
It took him two months of just learning to circulate escense more, but this time without the help of [Soul Serpent], which was much harder but atleast he had the feel for it.
"Now you can learn the Sorcery of weaving" Sunny heard Alex say, "Well... Tomorrow, I'm a little busy today. Relax and explore your new aspect abilities for now."
Sunny's new Aspect Ability was called [Shadow Step] letting him travel through shadows, and stepping from them if they are in range. He had a feeling he could make just his hands or legs a shadow too but that would require a lot of control.

Weaving.
The sorcery of Weaver.
The sorcery used for making memories using escense strings, soul shards, and well depending on attributes maybe even blood. Its the same one the Spell used. Only people with the right attributes can weave.
Well normally, or well around this time (thats a lie he believed to be true) if a certain daemon didn't mess up (he was blaming Weaver) he wouldn't be biting his hand and using his own blood to weave! Atleast he wouldn't be bleeding out with the help of [Blood Weave]...
Sunny initially kept failing, due to lack of escense, in making memories so after Awakening he should theoretically be able to do some basic enchantments.
Today he would do the first two enchantments from everything he learned so far. Unable to weave didn't mean he couldn't learn! Alex had to spend a lot of time teaching him some basics and well helping him progress more...
The first thing he would do today was turning a wooden chair into a memory and then proceeding to name it. Those were supposed to be the "easy" parts but it took him two whole weeks to learn just that much... Which, a normal person, would take around a year which was comforting to him but just slightly.
He took the chair and proceeded to attach an awakened soul shard, biting his hands, and then weaving it before adding his true name to completely form the memory.
Sunny's eyes widened in excitement and he turned facing Alex who nodded in approval. They grew quite close in this time and sometimes, just sometimes, when he was doing nothing but talking he often found himself forgetting about what happened. To not ruin the mod with these thoughts, after making his first memory, he decided to move forward.
Next up was altering an already existing memory and copying a weave for a specific enchantment. Sunny chose the [Ordinary Rock] and [Silver Bell]. This one he had to research for about a whole month to copy, he was definitely not spoiled earlier, and well plan. Showing the Weave to Alex for a confirmation, the response being a mod, he started Weaving. In the end the Memory's name changed to [Extraordinary Rock].
As for the third...
"Hey! you only said two. Wait why am I complaining... Knowledge is power, and applying it is the whole thing!"

Anyways as for the third Memory he used a violin, three awakened soul shards, and copied the enchantments of [Silver Bell] into it. He could play a few tunes in the violin by now and one of the tunes he learnt was for... Well the end of this life. He changed the name of the violin to [Violin Of The Shadow].
He noted down on what he struggled:
Struggled writing the weave in capitals.
As for the rest he learnt some other weaves and learned how to modify them... He couldn't try very complex Weaves until he became a Master but he could definitely learn them! The best part he didn't lose any fingers which people tend to while learning, definitely some perks in learning before becoming an Awakened!
Next Day
Today it was time to make a, well, it was something. It had four wheels, upper part being made using real wood! painted black and well something resembling glass. It was a wooden car if you must...
For this "wooden car" he used five awakened soul shards, turned it into a memory, and then Weaved it so it's speed would increase depending on the escense provided, thus am active enchantment, naming it [Rip-Off Shadow Car]. Atleast it got the work done well enough...
And now sunny could craft memories to Ascend and Transcend Saint.

Nephis woke up on her bed, back in Immortal Flame Manor, the last property of her clan, and summoned Sunny's runes, which she did every single hour and also the first thing she did in the morning. She often, well since the last month, kept thinking it would be better if she stayed since she had a better suited aspect. When she summoned the runes she fell from her bed in surprise.

Nephis squealed, something unlike what she would ever do, quickly picked her communicator up and asked her cohort to meet her at the academy along with the fact that Sunny woke up. She quickly changed and rushed to the academy. (Cassie didn't tell her anything)
"Awakened Sunless. Can you tell me where he is?" She asked with a slight, unnoticable, excitement.
"Uh, who? Lady Changing Star?"
"Awakened Sunless."
"There's no Awakened under that name, but there is a sleeper."
Cassie, Kai and Effie, who just arrived, saw Nephis' face drop in disappointment.
"Do you just want to check on him? In his room, we can go there maybe he is just unconscious or tired?" Kai told Nephis. It felt weird since they assumed the accademy called and updated her but strangely the information wasn't updated?
They went to his room, Cassie shifted a little from guilt unnoticed by anyone.
"Sunny!" Nephis screamed with excitment as she opened the door... Only to see him sleeping there peacefully.
"Sunny" Neph whispered.
"Did doofus go back in another area of dream realm?"
In a few minutes Effie had her question answered... he was still stuck somewhere.
"How did you know he awakened anyways?" Effie asked.
Nephis paused for a minute, then turned to the walking lie detector! before looking at Effie again "our runes... They're connected. I checked them and it said he Awakened. I guess he naturally Awakened... Somehow. It was possible theoretically, but he's the first one to do it, atleast in the present." Her legs shook slightly.
Kai looked at her dumbfounded, even his idol training didn't help him from hiding his expression.
"Princess relax! Since he naturally Awakened he should be fine! You know the miracles he worked up back there."
"You're right" Neph replied, her shoulders relaxing.
"How often do you check his runes?" Effie continued trying to further cheer her up.
"Not often!" She replied a little too quickly.
"Oh-" Effie's right eye widened and looked at Kai. She had her answer.
"Its only once a day!" She added, for a moment forgetting Kai could detect lies
"F-fine its only every hour..." Tip of her ears turning red.
She was teased for a while, helping her forget the heartbreak she just had... and also the part where Cassie didn't warn her, which she didn't catch on. It was on this day that she realised she found something weird and pointless called Love. With the realisation came more guilt...
