Viviana was sitting on the wide window seat of her room; her knees were curled with her chest, her feet were touching the plants that were hanging with the grill, and her back was leaning against the wall.
There was a little spatter of rain outside, the sun was hiding behind the clouds and sometimes not. She could see the birds were hiding under the leaves of trees and the trees were dancing due to heavy breeze.
She felt cold breeze transmitting her while peeking outside the window.
She closed her eyes and tried to take a nap for a while but the memory of yesterday was like a stone that pulling her heart on her ribs, she was at guilt.
"If his memory have comeback then he must feel depressive."
She was lost in her imagination when her phone beeped with a message.
"Viviana, can you meet me at the ground?"
She stood up and slid the window, making her way out. While overthinking a lot, her eyes met with Emris, who was sitting at the bench holding an umbrella. She headed.
His expression was normal, but her not.
"Sorry Viviana, but I did not want to chat on the phone." He claimed.
" It's okay, I'm in condition."
The bench was slightly damp but he slid aside for her. A smile, she showed in honour.
"What's the topic?"
"Ah!"
he paused then spoke up.
" Actually, I need your help."
"It's about Aidan?"
He pursed his lips.
" His memory comes back!?" Her inquiry was intriguing.
She peeked out from the umbrella, watching him coming.
"He's not a monster Viviana but i want you to accept his gift like a normal person."
Her eyes went red.
" Viviana, see, he doesn't know you and the past. Can you not ignore it for the sake of us? It would be better for him; he's struggling to make up his recovery and I don't want him to know the truth as well." He stood up.
She became silent; watching him coming towards holding a gift, he had a big smile on his face.
I_ I don't think I can handle it. She stuttered.
He went from there without concern.
She rubbed her cheeks disgustingly.
Aidan came forward, holding a big smile on his face.
"Hi."
His hands were shivering, making a gift to be shiver as well.
Viviana was struck.
"It may be a new beginning for him, but not for me, I have suffered a lot in these three years." She thought.
" Um, what to talk. Um, I'm Aidan." He tried holding his breath while uttering.
"I'm Viviana." She smiled a bit.
Mmm. he made a sound before uttering.
Where i have listened this. He thought.
"I have heard that you saved me. And I think I'm safe and sound just because of you." His features holding a blushful smile.
"It's okay."
"No_no its not okay. I'm so thankful to you." He added but his cheeks got red.
His look was somehow cute, though, because he had never acted like this before.
And she uncontrollably giggled. He saw and a big, blushing smile appeared again.
He was shy and without waiting, he gave her the present
"It's for you, Viviana." The name that her ears felt after years, or wanting to hear for years.
She blushed and tried to control her emotions but her eyes got wet.
And he ran away blushingly.
At night,
On the bed, Viviana was lying down, hugging her cuddly bear-like she always do. She was playing with his nose, but her eyes were staring the present that she hadn't opened yet.
She sat and replaced that bear a little, grabbing that present, she sniffed a strange aroma, she opened that and went in wonder, there was a locket inside there.
The locket was beautiful but her concern with the locket had resemblance.
With trembling fingers, she Pulled out and wore it.
