Chapter 5 - A Wild Swan (3)

As he watched the maidens in front of the door for several minutes, one suddenly caught his eye. Wasn't she the one Lucien father had been fond of before marrying the baroness?

Seeing her go into the solar, he couldn't help but mutter, "Interesting. What would the baroness want from her?"

Thinking she could be a good ally, he immediately wanted to follow her and listen to what the baroness had to say, and what did baroness offer her for this loyal maid to fall on her side.

But there is a saying Patients bring its own reward, he couldn't forcefully go with her just to uncover the baroness's intentions.

If he did maybe, he never would figure out the baroness hidden intention, and also providing her an answer that he figure out something is going on which previous Lucien did not find.

"The information needed to come from her mind willingly." he thought.

If he waited and followed her, who knew? Maybe he could also get something more other than information and complete the system task successfully. After all she was previously the baron's favorite toy, discarded after getting out of his loneliness. "Well! isn't that happened because baron married baroness."

"Then how did the baroness manage to win her over?" He questioned hopeful, to answered soon.

But then another thought rose "What if she doesn't want to reveal anything? What if she doesn't trust me? Or what if she refuses to do it with him.?"

A darker thought rose in his mind, but he forcefully ended it. "I still have four hours... I still have time," Lucien whispered to himself as he leaned against the pillar, watching the maid come out of the solar door.

"Marina," Lucien muttered.

Looking at her happy face as while she walked out of the Solar Chamber he couldn't help but question himself why would his father even abandon her? Looking at her beautiful masterfully curved face and body he couldn't help but secretly admired.

He could still vividly remember the soft laughter echoing through lonely nights from the Solar chamber. The warmth of skin touched under the full moons, the unforgettable dark brown eyes, and that bronze-coloured figure.

Edward picked up on these memories from Lucien, who was yearning her body during those cold nights when there was nothing left to do but watch those graceful scenes to unfold. Those were the, Lucien things for entertainment in this land.

Still Lucien didn't treated any woman or demand something from them.

Reality is that Lucien only liked those Caucasian northern woman, like his birthed mother. But this maid actually leave a mark in the child Lucien soul.

Even so, he understood what a strange boy Lucien had been. But could anyone blame the curiosity of a twelve-to-fourteen-year-old boy?

Sighing himself, he watched the maid walked toward the stair of the Harranhull.

In two months, he would turn fifteen. which is the official age before to turned into an adult in this world.

Than he would be send to the Dukedom of East to awakened his talents also for coming of age ceremony.

But now Edward no Lucien laid eyes on her, he wondered how any man could have let her go. Like the old Lucien did.

...

After about three minutes, he began to follow her. To avoid seeming like a suspicious stalker and to stay hidden from the gossiping spies loyal to the Baroness, he pretended to wander aimlessly through the hallways.

At just the right moment, he made it look like he had stumbled upon her by accident.

She wore a white linen dress, tied neatly around her waist. The fabric was thin and light, and if she stood in the sunlight, every curve of her body would show through clearly. With her reddish brown coloured flusky hair she is looking ethereal.

As she walked her hips are swaying in an effortless rhythm. Her figure was draped in white linen dress slightly old but perfectly showcasing her everything.

The thin fabric brushed gently over her chest, shifting softly with each step and nipples coming out of her body through the worn cloth.

As he began walking slowly, the lower part of her body came clearly into his view.

The bottom hem of her dress clung to the tops of her thighs, parting just slightly at the sides. With each step, it offered fleeting glimpses of her smooth, sun-kissed honeyed skin.

Her legs were long and firm, shaped by years of hard work. They moved with a graceful rhythm, full of subtle allure. Her dark brown hair was loosely braided, falling down her back in a careless yet charming way.

He kept his distance, far enough to stay unnoticed, but close enough not to lose sight of her.

His eyes kept drifting back to her form, looking each curve attentively. Somewhere along the way, he even forgot the reason why he had begun to follow her.

His gaze kept wandering on her body only an thing left within him "Desire".

A desire to make her him.
